“I have rented an RV space from Parkside Mini Storage (Beaverton) on two separate occasions, the last time for over three years. I only have good things to say about the facility and its management. They are friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The facility is kept squeaky clean, and I recommend them.”
“The facility is clean and secure, the mobile app was a bit spotty about opening the gate so keep your code handy when visiting. The best thing about the place was that the staff, in particular Kim, where very nice and helpful. If there was a Kim at every job, the world would run better. Also, I was reading someones one star review and they were furious that they kept getting charged after their move out date because they locked the unit after they left for the last time. YOU PURCHASED THE LOCK FROM THEM! That's your lock and they don't even have a key to it, so how did you expect them to access it? This isn't some sneaky detail hidden in the fine print, it's just how it works.”

“Hands down the best place to store your things in or near the Portland area. Not only is it one of the cleanest that I have seen, but they are also the best price. This place made me feel like family and not just a monthly paycheck. I feel lucky that I found them.”
“I've been storing my boat and now my RV here for several years; the boat in a covered spot and the RV in an uncovered such that my solar can keep the house batteries topped off. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. When my storage neighbor damaged my mirror while pulling out due to not keeping an eye on their tail swing, the owners quickly contacted me by phone within an hour, e-mailed me photos of the damage, and put me in contact with the driver of the other rig. They charge a monthly rate (varies by size and if covered or uncovered) with payments due quarterly so it is easy to plan for when the next payment will be due (they also mail out invoices mid month before they are due and post a notice over the keypad a month beforehand). I'd recommend them to anybody needing to store a vehicle, boat, or trailer off property.”
“Only been there for a month. Close in storage at newer facility. Easy access. Turning lanes adequate fory vehicle and trailer. Only downside is the location of the entry gate access box which is too far to right and is not extended from its base for ease approach to the hate.”
