We were extremely pleased with our shopping experience. Scott explained details about the furniture we were considering. He had us try various pieces to see which ones we liked. He presented a variety of upholstery options. We found exactly what we were looking for. The furniture is all made in America, which was also a plus, and the wait time is very reasonable.

Above and beyond customer service at Directors! We received a large amount of friendly designer help matching fabrics and art pieces with our existing furniture recently. This is the go to place for a very large selection of beautiful high quality sofas and chairs plus accessories.

We have used Scott Director's Custom Furniture for many years, buying several pieces. Recently, we purchased a chair side chest.As usual, Scott was very easy to deal with, went above and beyond to have the piece polished. He has a wonderful policy of being able to make sure the furniture will fit with your decor before the purchase is final. We enjoy shopping and working with Scott and Carol. We will return.

My wife and I visited Scott Director Custom Furniture Store a few days ago in search of a sleeper couch for our beach home. Scott met us very warmly and spent a huge amount of time with us showing us the various options in couches and thoroughly explaining all available options. The experience with him was the best ever for us and we left knowing, in detail, what we had purchased including how well it would fit in our home from size, color and pillows!We are so grateful!

Scott Director again provided amazing customer service with our couch and ottoman purchase. Scott guided us to the couch best suited for our comfort and long-term wear. We had an enjoyable time in the store trying out couch options and fabric options for just the right fit for our home. There are so many things to consider when purchasing a couch and it's great to have Scott's knowledge and experience to guide us. I just finished purchasing furniture for the third time from Scott Director’s Furniture and once again was impressed with their selection and service. Carol and Scott helped me pick out a wonderful fabric for 2 new chairs. Their attention to detail and wonderful customer service are traits I don’t often find at other stores.

You won't find a nicer, more informative furniture salesman than Scott Director. He went out of his way to observe and listen to our needs, then communicate after our visit to give us the best deal possible. We have placed and order with him and will take delivery in February sometime.

Scott is very helpful in assisting with selection of furniture that will meet your needs and selection of fabrics. He is very easy to work with, expeditious in getting our order and working within our timeframe. I was able to check out many fabric samples to help me make my decision.I was also able to bring home a side table that was a floor sample on sale and decorative pillows for consideration and told that I could keep it for a week, and if I did not like them, I could bring them back for a full refund. I ended up keeping them, but was a great offer to make sure it fit in my home.Additionally Scott Director’s prices are quite competitive. Waiting for my accent chair to arrive which will be a beautiful addition to my family room.

Directors is a lovely store with lots of natural light, comfortable layout, not overcrowded displays. The store is on a main artery so easy to find and to park. Scott Director is very knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. Their products are good quality and the shopping experience is pleasurable and reassuring. The extra services like arranging for delivery etc are really efficient and well organized. It’s local small business w a long established reputation in the community!
