Disabled veteran was trying to relocate. They served food that was spoiled to us and claimed they were not liable because technically we served it to ourselves. Served meat that was tainted. There is also a poisonous apple tree on the property just a few yards away from edible garden. Couldn't get help with housing and they considered it a positive that I had to move away after being drugged by other tenants. There are better options for help in the area. This place will waste your time to collect a check while they check the boxes. They are more concerned whether or not you have a beer that day than they are if you are being hurt. Place should be bulldozed. Lots of immoral activities.

They were there when i needed them , The Staff there are friendly and the Case workers are Second to none. Their Dinning Facility is World Class and the Chow is not bad at all.you do have rules that you have to follow and always show respect to Staff and fellow Veteran Residents .

They care and work to help you transition into permanent housing. Not everyone's situation's the same, so everyone doesn't get the same result.

People that worked there were nice. Wasn’t taking a lot of items though at the time we donated. The only donation spot accepting donations was in salem and we live up by Portland.

In coordination with the Department of Veterans Affairs this Non profit organization exploited triggers and traumas of combat veterans through access to veterans records in the supposed interest of “safety”. Be vigilant. Your interests/whats best for you may not be theirs, no matter how BIG their smiles are.
