Jules is a gifted stlylist and excellent hair colorist. Always very happy when I leave there and more important, still as happy when I return 6 weeks later for an update. Matk of a great cut! Truly, she rocks. Been a very happy longtime customer .

I knew something was wrong when i called the number from Groupon and the lady told me to not buy it. I showed up on time and sat for 30 minutes waiting, she showed up looking like she had been up all night, reeking of alcohol and cigarettes. She completely ruined my hair, the colors weren't right and the cut looked bad. I complained about it not being right and she told me that I would have to reschedule for a correction and it would cost the same again. DO NOT USE THIS SALON. The stylist with the gawdy fake red hair will ruin your hair.Service: Balayage

It was a horrible hair cut and color..I had to even out haircut and you can't even tell I got highlights..150 dollars for a messed up jais...DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT ANYTHING NICEService: Haircut

I had my hair trimmedwith highlights .it was a waste of 130 dollars the highlights didnt last 2 weeks, my cut was uneven and the roots werenot even touched...i would not reccomend this place at all

Paid 60$ for a groupon for jule.Called left a voice mail a month and half ago. Now her voicemail is full. I understand you are busy but its obvious you don't care about your customers. I wonder if it was 60$ down the drain, if shes a ghost, or going call me in a few years... also she is very rude in my opinion reading the reviews. People complain and she is absolutely so rude it amazes me this is even a place of service. it's The least you can do is be nice when people are upset with your service.

I had tried to schedule an appointment with this salon and was treated poorly from the start. I shared a picture of what I was wanting and was told that what I wanted was incorrect from the services I was asking for. I didn’t know the difference between balayage and highlights as I’ve never had balayage. After that, I scheduled an appointment through Facebook messenger and was told my appointment date and time. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment, the lights were off and the door was locked. I messaged the stylist on Facebook messenger asking if I had somehow to get the date wrong and I received no answer. I then called the number listed on the Facebook page and it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. After I was already home, I got a message saying the stylist was in Portland on their way back, but I was already home. She then told me to call her to reschedule m, but after doing so I was still sent to voicemail. I then texted her telling her I would like to reschedule and she said to give her minute and she would call me back. I waited 30 minutes for her to call me back. I texted again and got another excuse as to why my appointment couldn’t be scheduled. This is BY FAR the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any sort of service industry. Terrible communication from owner and no chance of feeling like you matter or your appointment is a priority.

Julie cut and colored my hair. She was very attentive and was able to give me the cut and color I have been wanting! She was able to create the perfect highlight and color for my red hair. She also understands curly hair and how to cut it!!! Thank you Julie!!! I will definitely be back!!!

I called and texted for over a month to book an appointment with no response. Any other Groupon I would have had my hair cut by now. Traded my groupon in. Don't waste your time!
