If I could give a 0 star review I would. I went this morning to get my flu shot after making an appt and filling out the questionnaire ahead of time, stating I am immunocompromised as an organ transplant recipient. Due to this, I require the "high-dose" flu shot. When I stated this at check-in, the woman told me she didn't think my situation qualified, went to double check with the pharmacist-which was fine-I appreciate the double check, but then within ear shot, told her "this woman is being difficult" and came back confirming I couldn't have the high dose. This comment was completely unacceptable and unwarranted. I wouldn't call simply stating that I require the "high-dose" shot being difficult at all. I said, "Ok, I am not getting it then, thank you" and left. Your pharmacy needs to 1) learn appropriate customer interactions 2) have some kindness and decency toward customers 3) educate themselves on the needs of immunosuppressed patients, because transplant patients are in fact in need of the "high-dose" flu shot, even if they are under a certain age. I won't be using your pharmacy location again, but for other customers benefit, I hope some improvements are made.

Do not use if you have time sensitive prescriptions. Mine is on auto refill and never gets filled on time. I have to wait several days after I run out every month for them to get it filled. I keep giving them more chances but will be transferring immediately.

Been using this pharmacy for years and think they’reTOP NOTCH! Shop and pick up your meds … best of two worlds. How convenient is that!

You guys need to fix your system... there should not be a charge for bags when using SNAP. The system still charged me for one, and when I told the employee it's supposed to be free, he just said "Oh I dunno." I know you guys don't train your employees on SNAP, at least you didn't when I worked for Safeway in 2016, but you should be training them on simple things like this. If I'm using SNAP it means I don't have money. C'mon.

Without a doubt one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a Safeway. No need for the Pharmacist to be so rude but she was. I called in twice to check on my prescription and was told it wouldn’t be ready until after 5. This seemed excessive so I called in at 2:30 to see how much longer and it had been ready for awhile. Both times I called I there was an obvious bad attitude from the person answering. It made it easy to pick out who this was out of the three people because she continued to be rude when asking if I needed help. This is after I stood there for five minutes while the three people working made small talk about dancing with the stars.

It's Thursday at 9:38 a.m. and the Safeway pharmacy still isn't open. Absolutely ridiculous for a corporate location.

Does not sell any syringes or needles over the counter, and is fairly rude as well.

Staff is always friendly and go out of their way to get your meds ready if you wait a few minutes.

Ashley went above and beyond. She gave me a call to let me know in advance that a prescription of mine was unusually expensive, and worked with me to figure out a solution.

I've been using this pharmacy for years and have always received good to great service. A couple of the pharmacists there know that one of my prescriptions is paid for through a special program, so I don't have to worry about calling to not bill it through insurance every month like other pharmacies, which is a nice relief. To the person complaining about their half hour lunch and no sign of up... I'm sure it was a fluke. I've also never had anyone there be rude to me, so the variable there is you guys.I highly recommend this pharmacy as long as you're not a rude p***k, because they work their butts off there and don't deserve that kind of treatment.

While ordering one of my prescriptions over the phone, I ordered another I really needed. One of the technicians, ( an older American woman) assured me that my other prescription will be ready, hopefully with the first one.The next day I come over, my second prescription isn’t ready and the pharmacist doesn’t even see it in my requested order. So why would anyone lie to me about it…? It seems like they don’t care about you getting better or your orders. I need to change pharmacies. :(

Horrible Pharmacy, will tell you what u want to hear, not the truth. Very rude, dishonest, unprofessional employees with no experience. Avoid this pharmacy and the liars within. Seriously, go anywhere but here if you need a decent experience. This safeway pharmacy should be shut down and employees charged accordingly.

Closed for lunch break 1:30-2pm without any sign up (sign is only visible when it's open, but there's no sign when it's closed during lunch). Wish they would update the hours to reflect this because I purposely went after my own lunch break to make it a quick trip, and then it ended up taking an hour. sigh....

Nothing but problems. Staff are short, & rude. Scripts are never ready when they say they are. I’ve watched the staff get in a huge argument behind the counter. Super unprofessional. Worst pharmacy I’ve been to.
