Rox Services really came through with our commercial heating unit. They were able to fit us in on short notice during a very busy/cold period. The technician (who I later found out is the company owner) was personable and skillful. Highly recommend.

Even though the technician was unfamiliar with our equipment, he took the time to study the unit online to determine if he was comfortable proceeding. He was, and did a fantastic job finishing the service.

Herve and his apprentice came out to fix a broken fryer. They were right on time and were able to diagnose the problem quickly. They were very professional and I highly recommend them for any commercial kitchen repairs!

Had Herve and Keshawne out to my Cafe today to install a new motor on our commercial exhaust hood.Fantastic work, Fantastic guys!This was the first time I used Rox. Came out and fixed my dough mixer, which is an older model, when I couldn't find anyone else willing. They came out on the day and time they said they would, they listened to me about what was wrong and got us up and running again promptly. Herve and Keshawn were great! Positive and professional both of them. Would recommend them to anyone looking for kitchen equipment repairs.
