If you want to be racially profiled while shopping then I would recommend going to this location. If not then stay away from this location the people who were on shift here today were disrespectful. I will be calling corporate to complain about the clowns they have working at this location. I love ROSS and their deals but the employees at this location make you NOT want to spend your hard earned money there. I would recommend going to Target or even Goodwill ANYWHERE but here.

I have been to this location few times when in the area. The store is ok, I came to purchase some shoes for my kiddo. I do like Ross as company.

I usually go to the Cedar Hills store. That location is fine. I went to this store recently. Noticed it had self checkout. I was the only person in line, a security guard saw me check out and start to put my receipt away. He said he needs to see it. Dude... you just watched me pay!
I almost said "I am not required by law to show you anything", which is 100% true, but I went ahead and showed him, he didn't even look, just marked it. I will not go back to this location. This is not Costco and I never agreed to show my receipt.
After this, I went to Cedar Hills, bought some items, nobody asked to see my receipt.

Racks can be pretty bare, but I can usually find 1-2 good deals. And most of the staff are friendly.

It’s becoming ridiculous that they won’t allow customers to use the restroom anymore. I understand that some places don’t offer public restrooms, but it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced being denied access without any sympathy. They offered me the option to go to the next door store and use their bathroom, which is absurd. Really, the next door store? I understand if they want to prevent potential theft or have other concerns, but customers with receipts should be exceptions. They should be more respectful; maybe people have urgent restroom needs due to health issues.
