The gas station is a total cluster "F". They don't want to work, send you to the wrong pump where other employees also pass the buck. Customers act like lobotomy patients trying to pump their own fuel. I'm finishing a twelve hour shift and am over it! Close down your gas station, I'm buying elsewhere.

what happen to all good customer service at fredmeyer?? We had a bad experience at checkout. we got school supplies and they were not able to scan supply box. I saw the price tag fro $3.99 in discount but they refused to give and said it $6.99 for a plastic box. When asked they said if you want to take then pay $6.99. how rude!!

I can't believe how my fiance was treated at the customer service desk of all places. She went to the customer service desk about 9:30 p.m. because she had cash( large bills) and wanted one broken and wanted to make it easier on any cashier so she went to the customer service desk . After paying for her stuff she saw a $50bl bill that the lady was about to give her that was kind of older( as I collect old bills ) she asked if she could have the 50 and the lady proceeded to put it back in the drawer and said no that she couldn't do that that they recycle the bills and that she couldn't give it to her. My fiance then told her that that wasn't her job. I don't think this person was being honest or truthful and I think it's a poor representation of what Fred Meyers stands for if you can accept the money I don't understand why my fiance couldn't have a preferences to the change. I've been going to Fred Meyers for over 15 years I've lived in this community I've worked in this community as well as my fiance who's from here. I'm very disappointed Fred Meyers service as it's always been better than this and I'm not familiar with the lady that provided the service but I'm sure if you check the time clock you'll see who she is and how my fiance was spoken to, just for asking for a $50 bill as part of her change. Instead she was given 2-$20 and a $10 bill (9:30-9:45pm the 14th of August)

Made a quick stop at Fred Meyer two days ago and decided that it the last visit I will make! It was busy, and yet that didn't phase them... they didn't open any more lanes... the wait was huge, tho many folks were opting for the service yours (also super slow). In this huge store I wondered around and couldn't find what I needed... ended up with a handful of things, took forever.. and the kicker was when I was checking out I was going to get cash... normal, huh? Except they CHARGE! Yep, only grocery store I know of that does! Not a fan of this place and location.

Decent store. The lines for checkout are absurd. Annoying when customer service has multiple people but they don't jump in to ring up or bag. Took 20 minutes to get through 4 people and they were not full carts. Definitely on a downward trajectory.

I've been coming here for about two years because the store itself is great. The staff and the space! The aisles are actually big enough for full sized people+their carts. The state of the bathrooms finally broke me though. They are always not just disgusting but deplorable. When I worked as a courtesy clerk at a grocery store, we had to keep the bathrooms clean. There was a shift between us all and if there was a mess, we addressed it. Not here. I've seen outhouses or trees out in the wild look more hygienic. I've seen dog parks more cleaned up. I feel like they clean them once every few years. It's not just this Fred Meyers, it's every one I've visited in Beaverton, Portland and Tigard. I don't expect to see any change and call me crazy but maybe, just maybe, they'll clean their bathrooms more often. I'll even take once a week as a win.

My wife and I refer to this location as "the nice Fred Meyer." Access is decent with multiple ways to enter and exit the parking lots, there is a large area to cue up for the fuel center and the aisles are organized in a reasonably understandable way (compared to other Fred Meyer's). So that you don't wander around like I did, the one downside is there's no electronics center and no photo services.

This location is a Superstore which means it is MASSIVE. Every department, every section within a department, is huge and contains a large and varied selection. For example, the health and beauty section could be it's own store! This could never be my regular Fred Meyers for this very reason. I want to get in and out quickly which is why I prefer the smaller Fred Meyer stores which have everything I need. Stopped here multiple times when in the area and every time, I have the same reaction! Yesterday I needed something in Garden, some half & half for coffee, and needed to use the restroom. That required me to walk almost the entire store! Not sure how people who have mobility issues or even are just not in the best shape could manage. All that being said, there is a great selection, produce is high quality as is the cheese, meat and fish. The staff is friendly and there is a Fred Meyer Gas Station right in the parking lot.The large turquoise planter I wanted to purchase did not ring up on sale even though there was a sign showing a discount, and the other planters rang up with the discount. Without hesitation, the manager, Diane, authorized a manual discount. This is why I shop at Freddie's!

Very large and busy Fred Meyer, with the sort of variety expected at a Kroger chain location. The big draw for me was the Murray's counter. There were a lot of cheeses, but I had hoped for more local ones, though they did have three from Rivers Edge from Oregon! Self-check out was quick and easy.
