“Leigh and Harvey were flat out amazing in my Vancouver area home search. It took us approximately 6 months from the time I decided to work with them until the day we closed on the home, with many ups and downs in between, not to mention very limited supply in the specific area I was looking in. I'll be honest in saying I'm not the easiest client to work with as I have very high expectations of real estate agents I work with and I was doing my housing search predominately virtually, however Leigh and Harvey hit and exceeded the mark on all of the issues that came up along the way. Without going into too many details, we ended up having to go into contract on 3 separate homes within a 2 week period before finally closing on the home that worked best for my family. They were able to pivot with ease along the way, give excellent guidance, and ultimately get me into contract on all of these homes (and get out of contract for a few of them) which is the true test of a skilled real estate agent.
