Went to get our shots at the pharmacy which shared the office with Quest Diagnostics. Our appointment was scheduled and we waited and waited...while waiting hubby knocked on the door with no signs on it to see if they might help. The man who came out said we had invaded his space and he had nothing to do with the pharmacy..he was rude and obnoxious. He was very unkind. The man could have said this a different way instead of being a complete jerk. I went out to the pharmacy after he went to his office and asked about the shots(so much for scheduling things) and I told her about this guys big blow op. When we did get our shots, I did mention this again to the lab tech we had. She was very nice...I suggest that they put a big sign on this guys door that says Quest Diagnostics...so no one else has to experience this awful man again. People make mistakes, but there is no need to rave at them like he did. I would have given a zero but it doesn't exist on your scale.

I can’t seem to get any answers. When you call of course you’re on an automated line. They are only open a limited amount of hours. There is no way to speak with anyone in the office. Period! This is what we can expect in our day and age. No one to answer a question and automated people to make an appointment. Example: Automated: “ What time would you like an appointment? Me: Friday. Automated: Sorry full, please pick another time.” After a few of these round and round questions with sorry full, I gave up. But the worst part is, with no one to speak to-to find out whether or not they even take my insurance, I’ll go somewhere else. They can at least have a prompt to take your insurance information to find out if it will be accepted for your tests . This is a real dog and pony show, and another place that will just frustrate you to no end.

Excellent experience. Do not walk in. Make an appointment. People need to wake up and realize that this is a one person show so they’re doing their best. Blame the company and get mad at the company not the person. My appt was at 3:10 and I was in the parking lot by 3:20. Perfect.

I was a walk in on a Thursday morning, I checked in and waited about 5 minutes. I spent maybe a total of 3 minutes in her office and told her I've already tried to do this 2x at another location and they couldn't find my veins. The phlebotomist was INCREDIBLE. She literally asked if I was weird about blood which I am, I just looked away and closed my eyes, she nailed it ON THE FIRST TRY, which never happens for me. She was incredibly fast and skilled and honestly I could have cried because of how simple and easy she made this experience. She deserves a raise

This place is an absolute sweatshop, do not go here! The lab techs are so stressed out stating they only have 10 minutes per person and absolutely cannot go over. So if they cannot get your veins they will make you leave. If you need a draw for more than one test, they will make you leave - they will only draw for one test. This is not quality care. I almost never write bad reviews, but this needs to be reported!

AWFUL customer service. The phlebotomist had NO PATIENTS, she was just working in her office. After waiting for 10 minutes she came out and told us we would be waiting a long time. Waited 30 more minutes and she didn't step foot out of her office once to even give us an update or get any patients to see. I have to get lab work done on specific days and the phlebotomist at this location made my entire day and experience at Quest miserable. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else because she never bothered to come out of her office to help anyone. I've never had a worse lab experience.

This lab either is understaffed or has incompetent staff. The wait is unbelievable, even with a scheduled appointment. Cannot talk about the experience because I left when I met a customer who was waiting for 2.5 hours, with a scheduled appointment. This is not sustainable for a lab.

For a $9.9B company, I expect more. The working conditions for employees is pitiful, and I feel just horrible for them. An impersonal and souless waiting area, 1 phlebotamist working on a busy Friday. Feels like all the scare tactics folks use to dissuade us from socialized medicine are already here. Painful reminder of how corporate greed affects the working class.

Super unprofessional behavior. Phlebotomist yelling at people, dismissing concerns, canceling appointments without reason, unorganized with her personal belongings all over the office, unable to find orders that were faced in days earlier. .

This was staffed by the most unprofessional phlebotomist I have ever seen. I was a walk in. She wouldn't even have a conversation about her availability and if a particular blood test could be done. She yelled at me and another person who had been waiting for over 3 hours! The most bizarre thing I have ever seen - the young patient she was seeing almost passed out during their blood test. She gave him an ice pack, called his mom and left for lunch! Did not bother to make sure he is okay! I will not be visiting this location and hopefully will never have to deal with this particular staff member. Absolutely terrible place.

I was hesitant to go to this business based on reviews., But I could not find one blood draw laboratory in the Portland or Beaverton area that didn't have bad reviews., they all do, but I needed to get my blood drawn.... I did what the website suggested and made an appointment. I arrived on time and only had to wait about 10 minutes.... The woman who assisted me ,her name was Sabina, was very professional, and I could tell she was very experienced... I was very scared, because no phlebotomist has ever been able to find my vein. Every time I've had my blood drawn in the past I'll get several hematomas, and often I have to go to the hospital to have my blood drawn because my veins are not findable... But today was pretty amazing because Sabina is a rockstar phlebotomist, she found my vein immediately it was painless and quick. I understand that most of the blood draw laboratories are severely understaffed, and only usually have one person working, and since the pandemic this has been going on with most businesses... People just need to be more. patient make appointments. I& realize that this is the kind of job that a lot of people don't care to do drawing blood. All day isn't fun, but a necessary job so be kind to those who are doing this job for you and give them a break. My suggestion is to make an appointment in advance go early in the morning and pre-pay for your services online if you don't have insurance... Be kind of the person who is helping you and be patient.

This place is just fine. Make your appt. ahead of time. I went in around 8am on a Wednesday. I checked in on my phone when I got there, I waited in the waiting room maybe 10-15 mins and went in for the blood draw. It was simple. A woman named Sabina took care of me and she did a good job -- professional, friendly and quick. I usually have issues with blood draws for whatever reason, but it was just fine. It's not the most visually appealing place and it's tiny, but it does the job.

0 stars if so could. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I waited on 6/30/23 for over 20 minutes for my 9am scheduled appointment. The phlebotomist tried to draw blood from both hands unsuccessfully. A waste of 75 minutes for travel and waiting. And, I can't reschedule because the order shows as completed in the system. An absolute waste of my time.

Sadly this is a place to big to fail. But their employee Diana needs to loose her job. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Don’t work at a place that takes walk-ins then get mad someone walks in. She is apart of the reason no one like healthcare workers anymore. You give them all a HORRIBLE name. Diana you should quit working there, the sooner the better for everyone! How dare you make people feel the way I witnessed you talk.

Worst serve, no patient acknowledging, no help if have questions. Make sure to print your form because they don’t have time to scan the barcode from your phone. Drawing takes a long time. If your a walk in which they do take, they still don’t take you in even if there is no one waiting. They make you wait till there is an available appt. Be prepared to stay 3 hrs without appt even if there is no one waiting with appt
