What would be worse than not able to find a body shop to support after a collision? We have a mild/medium collision that damaged both fender and bumper near the driver seat. The key problem bugging us is the driver door wouldn't open enough to get in. I am in desperate to look for an autobody to help me look into it so I can drive. Called 7-8 body shop, none of them can even schedule estimate 6-12 weeks out!! How crazy is that huh? Then I found Peter's Quality Autobody, he asked me to bring the car in the same day. He gave me an estimate in a reasonable range. In one week, I have the car fully fixed and run like a charm. Communication with Peter is simple and straight forwards. We are very satisfied with the service. I would highly recommanded if you are in a similar situation like me. Save a lot time and money :) Thank you Peter and your team.

Peter and his team did a fantastic job fixing a scrape on the side of my SUV and replacing a door, all at a very reasonable and fair price very high quality workmanship. It looks new. Highly recommended!

Peter and his crew took care of my car after my accident in early December. He talked me through everything and the communication was stellar. My 21’ Rav4 is as good if not better than before the accident. I’d recommend him to very time.

I meant to post this review months ago. Peter and his son, Andy, are amazing. Super friendly and they do great work. They've helped me out twice on getting my car fixed from fender benders. They are very reasonable in prices, honest, and generous. Both times my car needed fixing they did a super quick job because they knew I didn't have a rental car. They were awesome in dealing with my insurance company and would update me on anything that was going on. They care about their clients and the circumstances they are in which is hard to find in this day and age.I will definitely be going back for any future needs and will recommend them to all of my friends.Update: had to visit Quality Auto again due to someone rear ending me. Peter was awesome again. Once he got the ok from my insurance he fixed everything super quickly. Made a stressful situation so much less stressful. Will definitely be going back for any future needs.

Peter was amazing! He answered all my questions and went above and beyond. My insurance declared my car totalled and Peter made sure all my belongings were packed and fixed my dented permanent plates. I will come here again and recommend your body shop to my friends and family.

The guy I spoke to on the phone to schedule an estimate was not polite, nor friendly. And then when I got there for my estimate he said was even less friendly in person. He also did not mention to me on the phone the $30 estimate fee. I really am not sure how they have such a high rating.

I damaged the right hand side of my car from front to back which resulted in about a $10,000 body repair work needed. Insurance is always a tricky avenue but Peter was gracious to give me a kind deal with my deposit while working with Progressive insurance company as well with the repair work. Overall the timing was communicated in an updated and clear manner. The result was awesome and my car feels refreshing to be back in. The job took about 3 and a half weeks to be completed. They did a decent job trying to protect some of belongings I had left in my car and keep the environment clean. Thank you team Quality Auto Body. Located near Aloha.

I'm so incredibly happy with my Quality Auto Body experience. I tend to put off anything that has to do with car repairs because it's expensive, disruptive, and unpleasant. However, after a fender bender a year ago where my car sustained cosmetic damages, I got tired of looking at the damage and took it to Quality Auto Body because of all the good reviews on here. Just like people have said, they are fair, timely, and do good work. My car looks brand new! I couldn't be happier.

I brought my car here as recommended by my friend and insurance agent after I hit a deer and damaged the right front side, driver's side and passenger side of my car. Peter was very patient & helpful in explaining to me what is needed to be done in my car as I have a lot of questions. It took time to source out the parts, but he and his team did a wonderful job with my car and it almost looks like brand new so I am really happy with the results. The staff are very friendly and the shop is really neat. One thing I like about them is they care about their clients and treats your car as if it is their own.
