This is horrible insurance. Very long lead times to get a first appointment with PC and other services. No one I meet with ever seems to have read the chart or know any health history despite it being supposedly on their “My Chart”. I’ve had Regence Blue Cross the last few years and will definitely be switching back.

I would give them a 0 if I could. They’re HORRIBLE. They deny every single thing saying it’s not medically necessary and are making their patients suffer!! They lack knowledge of medical needs. They have HORRIBLE communication. You make navigating health care more challenging than it already is. Providence is cruel...
