If I could give a lower rating I would. My wife purchased a Groupon to get her hair styled on May 24, 2023 from Joanna. For nearly 2 months we have called and called and called and left message after message to set an appointment to have my wife's hair styled. Not one time has anyone returned her calls. I have also called dozens of times but to no avail. No one has ever answered the phone. Today, Friday July 14 I tried numerous times to call but no answer. I got the address of Prive Salon Spa, 4700 SW Watson Ave, Beaverton, OR. Upon my arrival I asked to speak to a manager and was told that Joanna was not into day. I explained my reason for being there and the stylist called Johanna. I spoke to Joanna who said that she has never received a call from my wife. That is a lie because my wife left at least 15 messages with her to set up an appointment. No reply what so ever. I asked Joanna for contact information for Groupon to get my money back. She provided me a number but upon trying to contact someone all I got was a recorded message. At this point I am out $126.62 and not sure how to get my money back. I hope no one else has this kind of unexceptable service on the part of Prive Salon and spa.

Nancy is an amazing hairstylist and a good person. She has been taking care of my hair for a year now. Nancy takes the time to discuss and explains the process of how to get to my desired result. My hair maintenance has not been easier - we do trim and cut regularly and highlights. My grey hair blends nicely with the highlights she adds. To add to that, she gives me tips on how to care for my colored hair. My hair has been healthier and more lustrous than ever before. Oh, and she works with my schedule and charge fairly. She is my go-to for anything hair related now.

hairstylist: Nancy We sent a picture of the color I wanted n one of my virgin hair. she said she would be able to do it for 155. I was excited to finally get my hair done for my photoshoot that's coming up soon. I did not get my color. She said it would take a couple of sessions to get the color I want, and I feel like that's something she should have warned me of before. I thought she was going to have to bleach my hair to be able to get my desired hair color done that same day...but when I was there she said was going to use a product that doesn't need bleach. I trusted her of course because she's the professional n I figured she knew what color I wanted and knew what she was doing. I was wrong to trust her.. I feel like my hair color barely changed.. I haven't had anyone notice a difference in my hair unless I tell them I dyed it... I paid 200 which I think was over priced because we did no bleach and my hair is only a little bit below my shoulders. I just feel like I shouldn't have been charged that much when it wasn't even my desired hair color :(

Nancy is an awful stylist. Rude and doesn't follow up to what she promises for a service. Do not go to Nancy! Over charges and messes up hair!
