We have been using postal annex for the last 9 years and they have been a life saver when we are abroad. While some staff comes and goes, others, like Jeff are consistently there to provide amazing service. Jeff has personally helped manage complicated government approval situations for us involving a lot of back \\u0026 forth and set my mind at ease that he was on the lookout and had the situation under control. While abroad it’s a relief to know the Postal Annex team is there to support. It’s hard to hit the mark 100% of the time but after nearly a decade as their customer I feel well taken care of and appreciate they have my back.

Went to PostalAnnex+ to simply get 8 pieces of paper laminated. (I came into the store with them already printed. I was charged $47.60. WHAT. THE. HECK. If you’re going there to ship something, use Pirate Ship online. I have never had issues with Pirate Ship, and it’s the most cost efficient option.

This place tried to up charge me by nearly double. They wanted $48 to send a package 'UPS Ground' When I questioned that, I was told 'costs have increased'. I asked once again if this was for UPS Ground and said said yes. When I checked my receipt it said FedEx Ground. I was MIS informed. I took the package back and went to UPS Store where I was charged $26 to send the package. About what I expected to pay.

This store continues to be a complete rip off! Book of stamps price is $5 more than post office and they were going to charge me $5.72 for letter I wanted to send vs post office cost at $1.11.

I can’t believe this store doesn’t have a higher rating. I have said over and over again on my posts reviews, that good service is a priority for me to spend money in an establishment. This postal annex, while being a little more expensive than your regular post office, is worth it. They always have friendly workers to help you and you can get in and out of there very quickly. It’s a super bonus to have all these gifts in the store too when I need to buy a gift for someone on the fly. Love Jeff, Stacey and the whole crew. Thanks so much!

Called before hand and I felt as if the man over the phone was a little rude? Just a bad attitude. I feel as if I was scammed since I was charged 50 dollars.

I agree with Linda M. below. Postal Annex's services are very comprehensive and they are a great one-stop business. I have been going to them for almost 10 years, and I have never had any bad experiences even with international shipping. In fact, they have always been professional and courteous. , and one time they even went out of their way to make enlarged copies of the entire music books when my child with visual impairment started learning to play piano. And they did it with a huge discount for me. Yes, their shipping prices are a little higher but with the high gas prices and convenient hours including evenings and weekends, I am so glad they are right in my neighborhood. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I brought my item in with me, to make sure it fits the box I bought there. I was told the box packed with my item would be around $40 to ship. When I came back they wanted to charge me over $140 and told me usps would be $150+. I went to usps and it cost me $49! Do not go there, they are so shady and seriously over charging people!

I agree that shipping pricing is higher, but for me it's an extremely convenient place to get multiple tasks accomplished so I don't have to drive to all over Beaverton. Last week I needed stamps, copies made, and a package shipped, AND I needed a spare key made, and I loved that I could do it all there at once. I've also used their notary services. (They apparently even do passport photos as I saw from the person in line ahead of me.) 9 times out of 10 the staff is super helpful. They also have funny cards and cute little gifts (calendars, soaps, chocolate bars, etc) that I've gotten on more than a few occasions.

They charge a fee to drop off prepaid USPS packages!! I have been to so many postal annex, post net, etc.. and never have been charged to drop off a package. Unfortunate because this location is super convenient but I will certainly not pay to drop off a package I’ve already paid to ship. I’ll make the drive to somewhere else that takes my boxes and pay them for the other shipping services I need.

Once again postal annex in the Murray Scholls shopping center proves they overcharge and take advantage of customers. I had 3 packages to mail. 2 were pre-labeled with postage paid. Postal Annex charged $1 per package to mail from their location. I thought that was odd but no big deal... Only $2. The price quote to mail a 6 x 10 small box to Florida was quoted at over $30 through USPS. Fed Ex & UPS were only slightly higher. I asked what percent of this cost was postage and what percent is a premium surcharge? The employee would not answer. I asked if their margin was doubling the cost of this shipment. She just stared at me and said have a nice day, so I took my package and left. I guarantee when I go to the post office it will cost approximately 50% of the Postal Annex price quote. I completely understand that a premium is rightfully charged for the convenience of their service but double is out of the question and so much higher than any other mom & pop shipping retailer.
