As a customer of sunset since 2015, I experienced a dramatic decline in the quality of service beginning at about the time that Ian, their top service advisor, left and a new service manager started. I am hopeful that things have changed now that there has been a change in leadership, but I have noticed that staff reached via phone are poorly trained. I could get into more detail, but it is not worth my time. I do not sense that accountability is taken seriously.

We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Ruben to purchase a vehicle and the entire experience was outstanding! Ruben made the process stress free from the airport to the dealership and accommodating our schedule! Fantastic car purchase experience.
This is my first time purchasing a car without the headache and hassle.
All the transactions were done over phone and email. My sales rep Mr. Ruben Cruz and his team made the purchase very professional and efficient. The car was delivered on time as promised. I definitely will continue working with this dealer for any future needs.

This review is for Tan Tran. I have now bought 3 cars from Porsche Beaverton with Tan as my sales associate. Every purchase went very smoothly and Tan was great to work with. He was always reachable by text whenever I had a question, and offered great advice regarding my recent 911 Turbo build. I look forward to my next purchase with Tan as my sales associate in the future for a GT3 touring build ?. Overall Porsche Beaverton offers a great experience from purchase to maintenance.
Jesse and the entire service department were great to work with. Took the 991.1 GT3 in for tires, corner balance, and alignment. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Jesse truly went above and beyond in regards to customer service, even resolving a few other issues while the car was in his care. The tires were ~100-150 more for a set of four compared to tire rack and there is a charge for center locks, but its a small price to pay to ensure its done right and for the degree of service provided. Yes you will pay more at the dealership, but the important thing to consider is what you are getting for that extra money. In this case its a loaner car, efficient service/communication, quality of work, and Jesse who is like your Porsche service concierge; he will definitely take care of you and make sure everything is done right.
Unfortunately, I was not able to the the GT2RS loaner car i requested, but I was provided a 2018 Macan. Maybe next time...
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and will be taking my car to Porsche Beaverton and requesting Jesse for any and all services in the future despite having a very reputable Porsche mechanic 2 blocks away from my location.

Had a great experience coming in here to browse for a new vehicle. I was assisted by Tan, he helped me go through the inventory and options available at the dealership along with the opportunity of potentially building my own vehicle. Very nice service and helpful, I didn’t feel obligated to purchase anything as well. I recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a Porsche.

I purchased my Taycan here, and the pre-delivery experience was smooth and easy. However, the after-sales service has been TERRIBLE, especially from my sales representative, Zaza. Before the car was delivered, Zaza promptly answered all my questions. But after the delivery, Zaza completely disappeared.
The registration documents and charger adapter for my Taycan were missing, and Zaza ignored me for about two weeks. I had to call, email, and message numerous times to request the necessary documents and order the adapter. While I can't speak for others, I do not want to work with Zaza again and would not recommend doing so.
The delivery guy, Joseph, was great and on time. Another sales representative, Paul, was also excellent and addressed my concerns while I was being ignored by Zaza. This is the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1.

We were there today. Monday. There was no one at reception 1. On the 2nd there was an Asian guy, when we approached him he was not friendly. Customer service is low.
Our consultant is aware. Answers all questions. Polite, offered us coffee/water.
The test drive is given 15 minutes.

Had my first Porsche at Porsche Beaverton and Nawal Maysi has helped me a lot during the purchase process. My MY24 Cayenne experienced a two-month delay at customs. But Nawal and Kyle informed me this issue in details and kept me updated with respect to the delivery. Almost eight month of wait was a pain, but it all went away at the moment I saw my Cayenne in person. Thank you, Porsche Beaverton.

First of all I want everyone to know I am not looking for anything, I just want people to know my experience with this dealership. Yours could be different; it could be great or it could be like mine, regardless everyone is entitled to their own opinion and here’s mine:
I leased a 2024 Cayenne for $99,999 ($111,000 after everything was added in). Salesman and management told me how great the Sunset dealerships are, and that they treat customers like family. It was a great XP during the sale process. Had the car for 5 days, drove it for 384 miles. On the 5th day I decided I really did want the sports car instead. I contacted my salesman Ruben, and asked him to speak to management about bringing that car back and buying the 911 ($125,000 approx.) which was a lot more money. I informed him I was willing to lose some money on the deal. Ruben called me back the following day. Told me he spoke with Sigve and they would only offer me $81,000 for the car. Looking at their site at the time, they were selling 2024 models with up to 5000 miles on them for $1000 to $8000 off the sticker price, yet they wanted to me to take a loss of $30,000 for 384 miles. There was no negotiations or conversations about other options. It was take it or leave it. It was more money please. It was greed over relations. It was we are Porsche and we don’t need your future sales.
Its seems they didn’t get the memo that it’s easier to keep clients than to find new.
Needless to say I will keep the car for the term I have it and then will be on the hunt for the next car, but I can tell you one thing, Sunset Family Dealerships has got their last dollar from me and I am sure most of the people I know, who knows, maybe even you reading this.
If you do decide to purchase from them, I hope you are happy with what you bought because there is absolutely no turning back without costing you a huge sum of money.
