I only gave one star because when I came to your store when you first opened it was great you guys took everything I had and you gave me a really good deal no problems. I come back tonight to sell you some stuff I have which was listed online that you buy when I got to your store I was told that the online stuff is not affiliated with your store here in Beaverton and that you don't buy the stuff that's on the list here online you only buy the stuff that's on their list in the store and that you're not buying any winter stuff whatsoever right now so it's a little confusing and it's a little frustrating when you come out from Hillsboro because you are online stuff says you buy everything and anything sports related activity related but you don't when you get to the store so it's a little confusing on what is what and if you're online stuff is not going to match your in-store stuff then it should be separate accounts then or something because it makes it very confusing because I made sure to look online before I came into your store so this wouldn't happen and it happened anyways cuz apparently your store is not ran per the online stuff that is listed.

This is an okay shop for buying / selling used sports gear. The customer service is pretty spotty though. One day I went in and the clerk told me without any apology it would be 20-30 minutes until they could serve me because they were on their own. It looked like they were handling a batch of inventory. I tried calling the next time before driving all the way over and their "mailbox is full". I drove over anyway and they were closed (it was a Saturday during their normal business hours). I wish I had another used gear store nearby.

We're really hoping to be able to get some things for my 11-year-old starting baseball this year. To be honest some things are really great deals but everything's really kind of a mess and everywhere, And unfortunately, the staff there are no help at all. The three young men were there when we wanted to ask about a bucket of balls door really do better lol... The kid opened the bucket of balls and it wasn't even a quarter of the way full. He then proceeded to tell me that it was $80?? And I replied, for a quarter bucket of balls (literally like 6-8)? The kids then told me some people probably took some out but that's how much it was. I'm sorry but it's just not computing for me. Unfortunately we left with just a T and that'll have to do for now. Please get some help that maybe knows about your inventory and prices at the store. It would really make it a lot more helpful for people coming in to buy products that need information and help.

When it comes to shopping for used sports uniform, gear/equipment the store is great.The one issue that I was very unhappy about was the following: I wanted to purchase a paddle board and one of the staff members was very shady and did not wanted to sell it because it was priced too low and had to talk to the owner. This employee said he talked to the owner over the phone and the owner said he was holding it to see if it could hold air. Another employee offer to place it on hold for me, but this particular employee just wrote my name down without my number which I offer to give him. When I call Monday to see if it was going to be ready to be sold, I was told that the board had been sold before they put it on hold for me that Saturday, probably this employee ended up keeping it for himself. The store employees and/or owner lack integrity, because their stories don’t match. Very disappointed of the situation.

Super lovely fitting experience with Tim for two sets of kid ski boots and skis! For those commenting about disorganization…I didn’t find that to be the case at all. It’s a pretty hard task to keep piles of used sports stuff super organized! Which it was.

A decent little shop, not very clean nor organized, with very heavily skewed inventory seemingly favorable of baseball and snow sports for children. Go elsewhere if you’re looking for skateboards, kettlebells, or adult-sized insulated jackets.

Called about 5 times at different timesin the morning with no answer. Came down to the store and ask for a product. “I don’t think we have it” and just laughed. No effort to help or even move from behind the counter…
