I was, until 45 minutes ago, a longtime loyal customer. I went in today to bring to the manager's attention that the store's "policy" on bottle returns appeared to conflict with the law. I presented him with a nine-page document that he quickly glanced at but did not read fully. He reiterated that the policy was posted "pretty clearly." Here's the thing: It doesn't matter what their policy is if the law requires otherwise. Further, the assistant manager told me a couple of months ago that he could not accept bottle returns because there was no space in the back, which not a valid excuse under the law (there is even a specific provision about that exact scenario), and that I would have to return a few HOURS later. This. Is. A. Violation. Of. The. Law. (And correcting me on the preferred pronouns of the assistant manager was a petty and unnecessary thing for the manager to do. The store needs a dress code (or, more specifically, a "no dress" code).
I have noticed that almost all -- if not all -- of the negative reviews have had an almost identical response, I'll save you the time by writing it myself, but I will be following up with the corporate office and with OLCC.
I will never shop here again and neither should you.

Will never return! Was asked to take my mask off and then asked to put it back on while the daytime manager Elliott was In there not even wearing his right! No respect for peoples safety! I don’t love wearing a mask but if u are going tone force it please do not ask us to remove them ! Also the law is if they look 26 and younger Id - but do not I’d people with a head full of greys old enough to be ur grandmother just because it gets u off !! Disgrace as far as their choice of management !

Rotating cast of clerks these days and nights, several of whom were masks below their noses. With friends sick and mourning lost loved oned due to COVID, this seems arrogant, inconsiderate, and dangerous. To add to his disdain for public safety, the clown yesterday afternoon had rap music turned up to a really uncomfortable level.I know it must be difficult to staff a 24 hour/day store now, but conduct like this is killing people, crippling the economy and adding to our national decline in common decency and respect.

Nice Plaid Pantry, great staff several have worked there for years and are always pleasant. Very clean and well stocked all the time. Good management team as well. Kudos to the staff

Plaid Pantry now discriminates against people with health conditions who are exempt from wearing masks even though it is a violation of hiipaa and ADA laws! They only allow them to shop for one hour a day! Do not spend your money here if you care about the rights of ALL citizens.
