It had saltwater fish… yes… we just moved here , from Vancouver… getting used to the idea but it seems that EVERYTHING is right around the corner. Which I like!! If I could walk better Nova ( my boxer ) and I would walk there , around the park, and back. But we had to check all the parks out..

Our experience with this grooming salon has unfortunately gone from good to unacceptable. During our first visit, we were charged for multiple additional items without any prior discussion or approval. While I was unhappy with the unexpected charges, I did acknowledge that the groomer did a great job with the haircut, which was the only positive aspect of that visit.
However, our most recent visit was incredibly disappointing. The same groomer gave our dog a haircut that included shaving her tail down to the skin, something I find completely inappropriate and unnecessary. I was shocked and deeply upset by the result. It’s hard to understand how the quality of grooming could go from excellent to so poor in just one visit.
I’m left feeling that the service is not only inconsistent but also untrustworthy. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place and will be seeking a new groomer going forward.

Will never come here again for grooming...to check in...and needed to find the shot records...stepped out literally was 2 min past the grace period and was told they can't take him! So upset as came from forest grove and even said I would give a generous tip which I always do anyhow...anyhow will this location avoid like a plague and they were just standing around talking story and didn't even come to check me on for like 3 mins the first time...and then had to knock on the door after standing there for 2 mins...dang!!!!

I went to this location to purchase a fish, the employee asked what size tank will I put the fish in. 45 gallon I replied. The employee started neck rolling telling me don’t i know that these fish grow up to 1 foot long , The employee said I’m sorry we don’t sell fish today and walked away. A single fish can’t be in 45 gallon tank? How is my tank too small but petco fish are in 20 gallon tanks with multiple fish . It’s difficult to receive discrimination specially from a member of LGBT community when it’s pride month .

We have had pleasant experiences before taking our dog to the groomers at Petco. This last time I explained ahead of time if they weren't able to do some of the services I would understand due to her age as and temperament. However when I picked her up after her grooming they only said that she was a good girl. When we got home we realized they didn't cut her back dew claws and had to go back and buy clippers to do it ourselves. My partner went inside the store and and they said if we got a refund, we could never go back and that they told me when I picked up my dog about the services that they weren't able to do. They never told me anything of the sort. All they told me was that she was a good girl. I'm displeased by the lack of communication at the least. I completely understand that they weren't able to do everything that was asked, but there was zero communication about this at the end. I want a refund and will never take my dog there again.

this might be the first time i’ve experienced discrimination. I had never met someone so rude in my life. I walked in was greeted by Autumn who gave me the rudest stare and asked "can i help you??" in a snotty way. i said "no it's okay" because i don't want to interact with an employee who seems like they don't want me there. Me and my family proceeded to then look around at the beta fish. When my dad picked two i went to ask if I can sign up for a membership before I made my purchase. I was then interrupted with "how big is your tank". It was rude how I asked a question and was combatted with another for no reason. I explained that I'm getting a 5 gallon tank because i cannot purchase one here- then asked them "why?" and they explained that i need an environment set up already and need to buy EVERYTHING IN THE STORE. I do not have the budget to buy everything at the same place when I was planning to pickup at another tank and supplies the same day. They also told me that I can't put beta in one tank and i need two. i explained that I knew that already since I have owned fish before and will get a divider for the two fish since it's easier. this whole time they talked down to me like I was dumb. I proceeded to try and put the beta fish back and they rudely told me to give it back and i said "no i can put it back". I got the impression that they were discriminating and not selling to me because I am a person of color and thought I was going to steal them I told my dad about it and he told me he had a tank instead- so he was going to buy the fish since he had things at home that I didn't know about. Autumn then proceeded to be rude and refuse my asian family service. Never going back again. Customer service sucks. I hope you read the other reviews on here and rethink your management options.
