I have been coming to Paradise Nails for over 10 years. The staff have been kind to me, and I always leave satisfied with my nails. The quality is some of the best I've found around the Portland area. No nail salon compares to this, in my opinion. That's why I keep coming back! Jessica does my nails and she is the best. She always knows how to get the shape and color just how I like it!

I always enjoy my time at Paradise Nails. It is a nice break and I always leave feeling relaxed after every pedicure. Plus my feet and toes look pretty!

If I could give a zero, I would! This place is a rip off and really poor service and work. They are over price you and sneak things in without telling you it cost more, when you ask for a detailed receipt get upset. $179 for two simple pedicures, a fill and a 9 year old to get nails painted. No way, going back to my salon and won't be returning to this one

$38 for a 2 second massage and then the nail person was on her phone. I barley could get the cuticles push back. Lady was a little off, smiles than mean mugs you. You definitely have to pay for the $50 plus in order To maybe get a decent massage . You basically better pay more than the basic signature pedicure or you get 0 massage. It was my bad because I was on my phone when I came in and wasn’t really paying attention when the lady at front said which pedicure do you want and I just said the regular one, not thinking. If I wanted to get a polish change, I would’ve just paid for that because that’s really all you’re getting with the signature pedicure that’s the $38. They barely filled the water up over my feet! It was a joke.
If The lady that was giving me the pedicure didn’t have such an attitude because I was getting a regular pedicure I would’ve totally upgraded to the $50 pedicure! Totally would’ve upgraded.. I never liked this place years ago and now again reminded why I will not be back . I will definitely pay for the upgraded pedicure somewhere else. ??They don’t get it , because you did the absolute minimum, you lost a good customer that tips today!
Point is if you want to have the full experience, that’s genuine, and nice and not feeling rushed go to the Beauty Bar -XO Beauty in Beaverton across the street from Fred Meyer off of Walker Road.
. Nice ladies, same prices but you will definitely get treated 100% better than than this nail place and the massages are amazing! They were just closed today. That’s the only reason why these other I’m gonna be nice the other place got my money.

I went to get a french tip , told me price would be $87 which I don’t mind paying. Got my toes done and french tip line is crooked. I asked for acrylic on both my toes and only got it on one. I didn’t ask them to cut my nails shorter and they did.Service: Pedicure

More than once I’ve had a run in with the owner. She is very rude, and militant to her staff and the customers. I was quoted 70 for a fill with some designs on the nails by my nail tech, the owner was hovering over my shoulder glaring at the worker almost the entire time. And my boyfriend even noticed she was seething. When it came time to check out the nail tech said I’m sorry, she will take your payment, and she frowned at me-so nervous and upset. She had done a good job as always, and I wanted to tip her but when I went to check out the owner tried to charge me 90!I said what?? She said 70! “ why you ask her? I’m the owner!” Because your staff should know how much services cost. I basically got a French tip manicure with two colors instead of white and pink. It wasn’t like I asked for an original painting on each nailLast time I went in for a pedicure with a friend they rushed it so they could get to my nails. They only put one coat of polish on and no clear top coat so it chipped the same day. And the acrylic nails started falling off the 4th day they weren’t done correctly, but because I know how unfriendly that lady can be I didn't bother to go back and complain. I was going to need a fill in another week anyway so when I went in my tech charged me 75 instead of the 45- apparently if your missing a nail when you go in for a fill, it’s $5 to replace each one?I seriously love my girl there but her boss makes it an unpleasant environment this is supposed to be fun and make you feel good not stressed, intimidated or angry your getting ripped offShe really needs to chill out and back off her staff and the customers. Asked for the spa pedicure that cost $40 & laid back into the massage chair to relax. Lots of massaging, not too much nitty gritty cleaning of toes. Tech ended up doing the hot rock pedicure that I didn't ask for... and got charged for. Polish job was dodgy.
