Kudos to owner Ameer and shop mechanic Anthony for their wonderful hospitality and fitting me in their heavy work appointment, I had very bad rear wheel bearing need to be replace, will sitting there waiting for parts to be delivered, I observed Mr Ameer and his overall personality was just outstanding, he was the same tone guy with everyone who came in rather an appointment or need some kind of auto work, being from out of state and working at intel, I have a very good place that I’m will be doing some business in the future

Amazing shop, they always help with my Land Cruiser and have worked on other smaller cars I’ve owned. Very friendly and experienced, fairly priced too.

We recently had issues with our front brakes and were able to get them fully replaced for a few hundred less than the local dealership. Job was done fast and service was communicative and friendly. Highly, highly recommend.

Ali was awesome, very fair rate to diagnose my vehicle. My rig I needed to have worked on is almost 20 years old and I wanted a certain number of miles on the part I needed. Could not find the part however I will bring my vehicles here in the future.

This is a non-judgmental, not greedy, and friendly place that I highly recommend! I have visited other mechanics in the past and felt taken advantage of, but here, they took the time to explain what repairs were necessary. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they prioritize honesty over profit. At another mechanic shop, I was quoted over $1400 for engine repairs. Additionally, I was told my oil filter was leaking, but here, I paid less than half of the previous quote for all the engine issues repair and also learned that it wasn't the oil filter leaking, but rather, it was not tight enough (was loose). I highly recommend this wonderful place!!!! And again ,Thank you so much!!

Absolutely thrilled with the service from Ali and Ameer! Their professionalism and kindness blew me away. Their clarity and honesty in explaining my car's condition left me completely reassured that my vehicle was road trip-ready. The fact that they managed to fit me in for a last-minute oil change and got it done in under two hours was just fantastic. Unlike dealerships that pressure you into unnecessary services, Ali and Ameer's straightforward approach was incredibly refreshing. I had mysterious car trouble on a Friday evening and needed to get towed somewhere. I saw the reviews (honest, transparent, fair) of One Time Auto and called in to see if they could help. Ameer was so kind and accommodating despite being super busy. He was a great communicator, figured out the trouble, and fixed it really quickly. It was extremely fair pricing as well. I’ve never had a go-to regular mechanic before, but now I absolutely do- I will be back and highly recommend One Time Auto to anyone!
