No one makes eye contact. Employee unable to tell me where self-service pick up was located. As there are several. Confusing layout.

Employee just refused to help customers. Just point to the direction of self service and just complete ignore us if we had a question. Horrible customer service.

Office Depot instore retail prices are ridiculously high. For example, 25, 9 x 12 clasp envelopes was more than $30.00. Many items were missing from the shelves. I would go online or visit another purveyor of office supplies.

I placed an order for 2 items for pick up at this store because the website explicitly stated that they had them in stock. Once I saw a follow-up email from Office Depot and skimming the subject line seeing "Ready for pickup" I assumed my order was ready so I drove there to pick it up. Upon arrival I was told that they do not stock one of the items on my order in store and it is delivery only. I was told their inventory was not updated properly so that is why it showed I was able to pick it up there. I think I became visibly annoyed/terse due to my frustration feeling I wasted my time. After deciding to keep my original order and just have it delivered, the person who was helping me gave me a very gracious discount on the item to be delivered even though I was the one who hastily read my email and assumed my order was ready in full. The email did indeed say "PART of your order is ready for pickup". I wanted to review positively not because of the gracious discount but because the person helping me who was likely a manager or supervisor seemed genuine in their empathy for my frustration. Although both sides made mistakes (their inventory count and my haste) the manager made it right for me and was sincere about it. I really appreciated it.

Needed color prints on a cardstock. It was easy to order online and pick up at nearest location. Did not need large volume so this was more affordable. Was satisfied with the whole process and quality of prints was very good. Would recommend and use them again.

The best customer service we’ve seen anywhere in the last couple of years. The prices seemed a bit high but knowing we’re paying for excellent customer service made it feel very worth it. Thanks to the whole team at Cedar Hills Crossing! You are amazing!

I cannot emphasize this enough - but whatever you are paying Felicity, the store manager - it is not enough. She is the most wonderful human. In the brief moment I was there, I saw her go above and beyond for not just me, but two other customers in the store. I don't normally go to OfficeDepot - but will now be returning consistently based purely on this interaction. Seriously couldn't have had a better experience.
