Great experience with Aaron, shopping for an area rug for my parents. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped narrow down the possibilities. Great follow up and communication. I look forward to placing the rug in my parents home soon. I would definitely recommend!

Lots of options and very helpful staff. My husband and I recently purchased a new craftsman style house and need rugs to help differentiate between different areas in our the great room. Neither of us has experience in decorating and so we needed help. We happened to meet Paula the first time we came in to look at rugs and she is PHENOMINAL! She helped us with everything from choosing the correct sizes of rugs, coordinating the colors of the rugs, and even helped us choose the stain for the dining room table we purchased ( from a different store ). I can't say enough about how much we appreciated her help and enjoyed the process. When we purchase the rest of the rugs we need we will definitely work with Paula again. I would encourage anybody shopping at NW Rugs to seek her out.

Although I ended up buying elsewhere due to finding a sofa with immediate availability, I had a great experience here. Jennan and team were very helpful and I will come here first for any future furniture needs.

Rick was truly a pleasure to talk to. Extremely knowledgeable. The rugs they have are impressive, and they know the collection well. Give them a price range, a certain style/color pattern and they’ll set you up right. Extremely happy with my purchase, thanks NWRugs!!

Our experience with NW rugs was fantastic from start to finish. On entering the store we were welcomed and then left to wander at our own pace and without interruption. The staff were kind, courteous and so easy to work with. They allowed us to take home cloth samples and went above and beyond to meet our every need. Looking forward to working with them again in the near future.

Expansive selection and friendly staff. What they dont have on the floor they gave us websites to puruse what we could order in.

I walked in knowing nothing about the store, and immediately realized I had come to the right place in terms of selection. Paula spent as much time as I needed exploring different options, explaining rug size and placement and coordinating with my decor. I felt great about the investment in quality rugs and the attention I got from both Paula and Rick, the manager. No regrets, completely satisified!

Dan at the Tanasbourne NW Rug store was amazing. He has a vast knowledge of Persian style rugs and helped us find three rugs that complimented our existing rugs. We highly recommend both Dan and NW Rugs and Furniture.

We recently bought a sectional from NW Rugs & Furniture through a salesman named Rick. We were very pleased with the service we received and the variety of sofas and manufacturers featured at this location. There was no pressure to buy anything, and when it actually did come to buy something, Rick made it feel like it was a very easy and transparent process.

What a wonderful experience! This store is a hidden GEM! Great furniture and the nicest most accommodating service ever!!! I will be back for a couch!I was on my way to “ another store” for a chair as I have an elderly family visiting. I needed a chair on the fly! I spotted this store and slid in for a peek! greater graciously and treated like a queen.In less than 20 min I had a brand new recliner in my car and off I went never lifting a finger.Never made it to the other store! I couldn’t be happier! See you soon guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing energy, these guys were highly motivated personnel were very welcoming. This company and employees are the industry standard, Ambassadors, and direct reflection of high quality and authentic Customer Service! Right away friendly welcoming upon entrance. The active listening of Jaren and his Manager, and very positive professional courteous, overall very helpful. Surprisingly and quickly answered all questions and alleviated all concerns pertaining to shipping, and satisfying my Turkish GF. Quickly built sincere Rapport and assisted us with almost a perfect Needs assessment, and didn’t waste time as we got our rug and additional under-rug accessory item and floor protection mat padding insert. Also same- day purchase , out the door with our rug of choice(Depending On Stock) and kindly helped load rug into vehicle. Answered all questions and had extensive knowledge of each and every type of rug, the fabrics, the country it was made in, the process which and or how it was made. So for an amazing in the store experience I highly recommend NW RUGS IN BEAVERTON, We will be back to purchase our next rugs, and literally I’ve never seen so many amazing rugs in my life.Respectfully
