the doctor was nice. PT staff were helpful.Front Desk though? Not very personable and appeared to be irritated by having to deal with patients. She was disrespectful when I asked for paper to write my meds down. She said I should have had it all written down already, that I had been given specific instructions to complete all the paperwork before coming for my appointment. I tried to let her know i didn't have scratch paper, that my medication list was extensive. She didn't acknowledge my having said anything and just turned around and walked away.Everybody else was super nice and helpful though.

Supportive, kind, thorough. Dr. Lorber makes pain patients feel at ease and confident in the care he provides. I would recommend NWOMC for anyone seeking help with chronic pain.

I read the review patients have put on here and they could not be more accurate! I worked here; the scheduler, office manager & insurance billler are not only rude to patients but to fellow co-workers. The office is dirty, if you ever go in, look at the carpet in the waiting area, gross! The docs don't speak to you as a coworker so I can image how they treat patients. The office manager talks about patients to coworkers which I found inappropriate being that she is in a management position HIPAA guidelines are not followed here. I would not go here if I had a workman's compensation injury find somewhere else that will treat you like they care and appreciate your business.

My husband had me call this clinic for him since he kept getting an exceptionally rude receptionist and he didn’t want to call back and encounter the attitude - Again. He had called several times to get his appointment scheduled and kept getting rude attitude and mis-information. I can’t speak to the medical care of this facility since we can’t even get the appointment scheduled. But Anne-Marie (sp?) the receptionist was so impolite and interrupted me. I don’t doubt that this clinic and these medical professionals are losing patients as a result of the unprofessional behavior that patients are subjected to

I was referred to this place by my Doctor to have and get a second opinion about my issue. My appointment was with Doctor Jennifer Cann . She was not sure why I was there and did not know what to say except that I had some serious injuries and fractures in my lower back and knees along with major arthritis. She offered no ideas for help in my recovery and would not sign anything related to disability even short term which I was on already. I have tried to get the chart notes from this visit for my records and also have them sent to my insurance company but it’s a game to them they are always gone out of the office or they send you to voice mail and never return your call .Doctor Cann’s only advice was get another job. This is great advice right???just what you want to hear from a doctor. I have been at my job 5years .so find a new one and start at the bottom and work my way up the ladder at 57years old she’s crazy. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Hours of operation are sketchy and not very professional.oh forgot the Doctors nurse took my blood pressure on my lower forearm cause they didn’t have a large blood pressure cup ...it was 205/90/92 . She asked me if I always had high blood pressure. Told Doctor Cann and she dismissed it .

They are always fast and prompt and courteous. The location is always clean. It's nice that the doctor's office also has an attached lab and pharmacy. The staff always seems very friendly and my doctor does seem to be concerned about everything that I mention to her, no matter how small.

I have seen Dr Cann for two separate work injuries. She has been kind, caring and professional. The first time, I had been to a different clinic and I switched to Dr Cann on the recommendation of a friend. I will say that the office is busy, and it was difficult to get my first appointment. When I came for that appointment, the office staff was prompt and courteous, and Dr Cann's thorough assessment found neurological weakness that the other provider had completely missed! I trust her skills and know that she truly wants me to get better.

I had horrible experience with these people. They are unprofessional, rude and very disrespectful. They will treat you like a second class citizens. I felt that there were racial profiling going on at this location. It’s too bad Clackamas county sheriff are using these people for their physical and psychological exam. They will definitely loose good potential applicants for using these people. Any agency who use these people need to reconsider. There’s a reason why their rating is so low. Good luck to those who’s going through these unprofessional people for physical and psychological.

I absolutely adore Dr. Cann. She has been able to connect with me on a level that allows me to be genuine and sometimes sad. Empathy means everything and I have experienced nothing less at NOMC. I am excited to get this splint off and get down to business. And the staff is super sweet. So grateful Caremark referred me. XOXO

Went there on prescribed rehab for my knee post acl, mcl reconstruction. They had me doing lunges on my second day, told the physical therapist that the lunges didn't feel right, she told me to keep doing them. Thanks to her that lunge tore my ACL again. Now I have another surgery and 7-12 month recovery ahead of me.
