I took my car in for an oil change. After picking it up, the engine blew up on the way home. I looked at the dipstick and there was no oil on it. I called the dealer and a guy named Austin assured me that it was under warranty and had my car towed in. The next day I went to see the car and Austin told me it was no longer covered and that I would have to pay approximately 20k. I asked to talk to the service manager Ben and he said it was a coincidence that the engine ran out of oil 8 miles after they serviced it. I spoke to the owner, Robert Mcgrain and he explained that 'these things happen' and that there was nothing they can do. Stay away from that place! Stay away from any FCA dealer/product at this time and stay away from anything Robert Mcgrain owns or operates. Do not trust anybody in the service department. They are shady!!! Take your business elswhere and let's get this shared with the world.

I had a tough go with my vehicle but Karl was excellent start to finish. He was knowledgeable, kind and attentive during my difficult time. My vehicle is better than new and I thank Karl and NW Jeep Chrysler Dodge for taking care of me and my RAM TRX. Will be a repeat customer for sure!

Bought a 2033 Jeep Gladiator over the weekend. The whole experience was great but a special thanks to Gus in finance. I found out to after leaving the dealership I was approved through my union credit union for a much better interest rate and he was able to help me switch over the financing no problem! He also is helping me get a refund for a warranty on a Jeep that I had previously bought and sold.

Ben made what was a very challenging and time consuming repair tolerable. Ben did an excellent job keeping me updated and communicating delays caused by the Jeep strike. By far the best experience I’ve had with a Jeep dealership service department.

Had my van towed to Northwest Jeep for service. Service manager was mysterious, rude, and hard to reach. He would give a ballpark of what things might cost, but seemed to be only talking about parts or labor and not both. After 2500 dollar of labor on the vehicle it was returned with the wheel misaligned making it confusing to drive straight. I couldn’t reach anyone at the dealership for help and they suggested I bring it back 5 days later ensuring it was not something they did. When I reached out for help I didn’t get a reply for 3 days and when I finally got a reply they were making a joke of the situation.I would put this dealership in an “avoid at all costs” category. I would especially avoid working with service manager Chris.Attaching a photo of my steering wheel while the wheels are pointed straight

I entered your facility Thursday 10/19/2023 to look at a Jeep Gladiator. I was approached by a sales team member and asked if I needed assistance, I asked for “OC” a team member I remember from the past and was informed that he no longer works there, and the salesman simply walked away. After several minutes of me wandering around I was again approached by another salesman Jamie and asked if I needed assistance. I explained the awkwardness of what took place and noticed Jamie was with a client but took time away to make sure I was offered assistance. This was great, he then handed me a card and I assured him I would be in touch, We exchanged information over text messages throughout the day and he said he would follow up with me as soon as he had answer regarding my trade “VALUE”.The next morning Friday 10/20/2023 Jamie followed up as he said he would, he confirmed if I could do the deal that day, they could offer me what I wanted for my trade. So, I put myself together ran down and just like that traded in and bought a new vehicle. While I was waiting for the vehicle to be cleaned, gassed up we were talking of adding some accessories. Jamie and I went to speak to the parts guy and was/is not well versed in the product knowledge to say the least, so I decided to pass on the accessories. So, I get home, put stuff where I want it inside the new vehicle and clean it up a bit as I wanted it clean and noticed a couple minor scratches and a chip (see pictures), this could be a factory defect I am uncertain. When I took delivery of the car, they just washed it and there was some water and what not, so we clearly missed seeing these. I then texted Jamie my salesman immediately and he agreed to have them corrected the following Friday as that’s when your lot has a paint correction person on site. So, I agreed and thanked him and went on with my day and business.Thursday 10/26/2023 I messaged Jamie back to confirm that we were still on for Friday as I needed to schedule time away from work, he confirmed and we were all set for Friday morning, all is well and again go on with our day.Friday 10/27/2023 09:19 am I receive a message that we need to reschedule as the paint person apparently didn’t show up for work. I reply that that blows as I took valuable time off from work. Minutes later I receive a phone call letting me know that your business NW Jeep will no longer be honoring the minor cosmetic repairs, and that Jamie will no longer be able to support the situation and to contact the dealership going forward, due to a survey I took online. This had me intrigued, so I went to the dealership.I am at this point so upset that I must catch my breath and explain the situation. This guy listens to me, mumbles something about being from Tennessee, not sure what that has to do with anything and simply states that I gave a bad survey and had he know that I wasn’t going to give a perfect survey he would have rather not sold me the car. I then questioned his answer, really wouldn’t sell me a car if I don’t give a perfect survey. After a bit he asked me to wait, and he would see what the next steps would be.During this time of me waiting my salesman walked past me 3-4 times scowling at me as if I was a pile on the sidewalk. After a bit I was approached again by another guy, a sales manager I believe. Again, I was informed that the survey I took was the weighing factor and I would be “FLAGGED” in your computer and wouldn’t be able to probably purchase a car from your location again, really? I guess you should ask yourself, being treated like this would I want to buy again, do I share this experience in a positive manner with friends and family, the public?Or if you want your customers to lie, offer something tangible, like as in upon completion of a “PERFECT” survey 10’S across the board return to the dealership for a free tank of gas. Or earn a perfect survey!I then emailed the owner and explained my experience, he replied that he would call me the following day. I have yet to receive that call!!!!

Really good customer service visit! Chris Stovin did a great job getting my Jeep in for an ongoing key issue. They got it fixed, Ben the service Manager also called to make sure I was happy with the service outcome. Keep up the good work and I’ll continue to service and purchase my vehicles from NW Jeep! Thank you!

Purchased a new Pacifica hybrid minivan, process was mostly painless as we already knew what we wanted before ever stepping foot on site.Went back and fourth a few times on price and they gave us a better deal than the other dealerships we had visited earlier in the day. Mike Morgan in sales was up front and honest throughout the process and overall great to work with, as was the whole NW jeep team. I would recommend this dealership to family & friends.

Super impressed with this dealership! We bought a pre-owned vehicle and the entire process was very fast and easy. All if their staff was kind and professional throughout the buying process. We received our vehicle in excellent condition and had piece of mind knowing they had thoroughly inspected and cleaned it pror to the sale. We would definitely return to this dealership for a future purchase.

Love my new jeep! I came to Northwest jeep to find a new car that made me feel safe after being in an accident that totaled my car. Thank you to William for helping me find the perfect car! It's sleek and safe!

All I can say is Mickey is unethical. Don't trust him. He will not give you a straight answer. He will tell you one thing and do another. He checked my credit without my consent and went behind our backs to finalize the paperwork. He gave us a deadline to sign the paperwork or bring the truck back. Before the deadline he said there's nothing we can do the truck is ours now. The truck has a rattling noise, oil leak, and a ticking noise in the engine. He said we can bring the truck back and now says we can't. He will no longer answer our calls or text back.

I purchased my GMC Terrain from this location, from Jamie Schaab. Schaab was an amazing sales rep to me and my family. He was so thoughtful, he personally cleaned the entire vehicle when he knew I was purchasing it so that it would be clean for us to take home and he was willing to discuss all my concerns and questions throughout the process.I've had my SUV for a few weeks now and have been loving it! I've had no issues. The pricing was well worth the value of what I got.The manager Carsen and Schaab provided the kiddo cookies to keep them entertained and they were loving it! Carsen and Schaab made me feel like I was part of the family while there and provided resources if I ever needed future assistance. Everyone at this store location, NW Jeep, were very sweet to us and made the experience of purchasing a new vehicle enjoyable. I highly recommend coming here if you're considering purchasing a new or used vehicle.

This dealership sold me a lemon, stay away!! I bought a Jeep from this dealership 2 years ago and it started out by them saying the car wasn't on the lot to look at, after wandering around I found it but couldn't drive it. I came back a few weeks later and signed a purchase order but had to wait another week to pick it up as it had to be "inspected". As I'm driving it off the lot the check engine light came on. I took it back and they kept it for THREE MONTHS! They dodged my calls and made it almost impossible to get any updates on my car while it was there. I eventually had to get the owner of the dealership Robert Mcgrain involved. When I picked up my car they told me they replaced my turbo twice, catalytic converter twice and had ZERO record of any of it. No paper trail to show why they had it for that long. Then it started making a rattle sound so I brought it back and turns out they didn't attach my skid plates back incorrectly. Fast forward to now, 2 years later and my car is done for. It has an exhaust leak beyond repair on both sides, intake manifold needs replaced, a loud embarrassing equal and check engine light that won't quit. Tried contacting them again to ask about the new issues and by no surprise no one calls back. A lemon by any definition. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Josh Ford the general manager treated my wife and I like family. Mike Morgan our sales person was kind and helped us navigate the buying process. Josh even took the time to personally clean and prepare our vehicle. Our experience was excellent and we would recommend Northwest Jeep Ram to our friends and family.
