I purchased a durango from these guys a few months ago, I was told at the time of purchase that the vehicle had just gotten a bunch of work done and is "a good car" and I have had nothing but problems with it, in the few months ive had it its been in the shop about 5 times. starting the first weekend I had it and when I called to express my concerns I was told "you bought a used car as is, and got such a good deal we cant help you." Then I found out the "work that got done on it" was just sketchy band aid fixes. and just within the last couple days I got a copy of the "repairs" completed and noticed that none of that work was actually completed. And now I beleive the safety inspection was also never completed. I feel like I was just straight up lied to to get me into a car. And I went back yesterday to speak my concerns and was told I could "bring it as a trade in, and buy something else from them" attached below is how they "repaired" a cracked oil pan- just covered it in RTV, and the leaking coolant tube's received the same treatment just covered in RTV and stuck back in. Among other things that just got left how they found it and claimed it to have been "repaired".

Steve was great! The entire process felt welcoming and efficient with my time. He was very personable and an enjoyment to be around. Management and finance were great to work with as well!

The worst car buy experience I’ve ever had.

The worst dealership experience I have ever had. Purchased a truck that I was promised was safe and good to go. $32k truck so not a junker. Within 40 miles of leaving the dealership the check engine light came on, further it had a significant oil leak. Dealership told me to take it home and make an appointment at my local ford dealership and they would pay to have it fixed. I live 7 hours from this dealership. Long story short they only paid $2k of the $5k repair even though they agreed to fix everything. They have left me high and dry. And to top that off they sold me a truck without a clear title. 50 days later and I still do not have it registered. I cannot legally drive the truck in my state. I was told there was an issue with an old title.... whatever that means. I will be taking legal action. Please stay away from these guys.

After Dealing with Tonkin CJDR Hillsboro for 5 months with warranty work I switch to NW Jeep. The service team has gone above and beyond with communication and trouble shooting. They are genuine real people and treat customers the same. NW Jeep just does not replace parts they will fully diagnose, work with the manufacture and do the job right. This dealership is across town from where I live but it will be the only Dealership ill let work on my truck now.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at North Jeep Beaverton. I scheduled an appointment well in advance, clearly explaining all the issues with my Jeep both when I booked and again on the day I dropped it off. They assured me the ETA for the work was two days, but said they couldn’t provide a loaner car.
After two days, I called to check the status, as I needed my Jeep back for the weekend or at least a loaner or rental. To my surprise, I was told my Jeep hadn’t been touched—it was just sitting in the parking lot without any work done, not even the basic oil change or tire rotation.
When I asked why, they simply said they had other cars ahead of mine. This begs the question: why take my car at all if they couldn’t even start the work as scheduled? It’s incredibly frustrating, and it’s clear that this service center has no idea how to manage appointments or customer expectations. I would strongly advise against using North Jeep Beaverton for your vehicle servicing needs.

What happened to Service department? I called April 19th and was sent to VM, no one called me. I called back May 19th sent straight to voicemail, no one called back. Went online to create an appointment, no email receipt, no response . Called 6/2/23 went straight to voice mail, called Sales dept. to let them know that no one was returning calls. Sales transferred me to Service went straight to voice mail again Great Business plan.
Update 7/25/24:
After My Google Maps 1 star review in June of 23, The Service Manager called me, apologized and scheduled me for the next day. They have definitely changed course and I am always able to get scheduled in. The service turn around is great.

Both were great Diana at presenting me with a Ram that met my expectations with smiles and professionalism Ben was the same getting paperwork done quickly and with no pressure when presenting extended warranty ect. I will make the drive over 60 miles to have my service done because my experience was so good here. Great Job NW team

This is the second time we have purchased a new Jeep from this dealership. Both times, our salespeople have been top notch, doing whatever I ask of them to try to make the deal work for us (my wife and I). We are more than happy with our new 2024 wrangler 4xe and will be future customers of this dealership for sure. Thanks NW Jeep!

I scheduled a test drive on a specific vehicle that I was interested two days in advance. I arrived on-time for my appointment and not only did they have not have the car ready but after 20 minutes of waiting, they tell me that service won’t release it for a test drive because it needs work done to it. I had emailed and texted the sales person several times between the time I set the appointment and the time I arrived and at no time did they bother to inform me the car was not ready for a test drive. Lots of sorrys followed but no attempt at all to make up for blowing my Saturday morning.
The sad part is I bought a Rubicon from them several years ago and did not like their customer service then. This just solidified that fact that I will never buy a car from NW Jeep again. Customer service? What? Lesson learned. There are plenty of other options, take them!

ATTENTiON BUYERS. READ MY WORSE EXP
NORTHWEST JEEP AND CHRYSLER BUYER
I went to this dealership and wanted to buy a simple Jeep car and the sales person pushed me with something different which had 51 miles on it and it was a hybrid Jeep. He said this is the top and the best and will keep value. I bought it that day and next day the engine light turned on. I came back to the shop and they said it is nothing we will Fix that. I came home and the next day the engine light came back on. I knew there is something serious with this car and they said we will diagnose and see what it is they kept my car and called me that your car is ready I picked up the car and the same problem repeated. I was very frustrated. I went to the sale floor and tried to communicate my problem they were kind of hiding from me then went to the counter they showed bad attitude to me kept yelling and raised their voice at me and there was a very bad attitude man his name was DAVID he said get the hell out of here and go do any thing you want. Once I called the dealership and he rudely talked to me and and hanged up.
These people are the bad people. They never stand behind their product they sell I wanted to talk to the owner and they all were saying the owner is on a meeting. Finally I went to the service department Surprisingly every one in the service department are extremely nice. If any want need me to release infos in regards all the services I had after I bought my new car I will release. Simply I can add pictures of the service
I will never choose this dealership next time I wasn’t to buy a car. They are very low class
After all I still have lots of problem with this car.
ATTENTION. This is where they jump on you and grab your money then throw you in the ocean. Be careful

They use an AI assistant which is very misleading because “she” is the most helpful person at this dealership. Once you speak with an actual person they will do everything they can to make you want to not buy from them. I have never had such a hard time giving someone money to buy something, so I went to another dealer even though they had the exact make/model/ package we were looking for. If there was a way to do negative stars I would have chose that.
