It is such a beautiful, environmentally friendly and well designed corporate campus. I see so many sport fields, caferterias, beautiful working and relaxing spaces. Nike employees are proud of their outstanding campus

Too much personal information required to get 10% off. Copy of student class schedule, name, email, phone number, and/or school id? All personal information that can be improperly used.

I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY REGARDING THEIR PRODUCT, THE NIKE $160 PAIR OF SHOES BLACK IN COLOR THAT BLISTERED MY FEET BiLATERALLY & THEY ATE DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO THIS DATE. ALL THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO BE DOING IS GETTING RICH OFF THE PEOPLE & COULD CARE LESS ABOUT WHEN THEIR PRODUCTS CAUSE HARM TO A HUMAN LIFE
JUST VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE UNPROFESSIONALISM IN THIS MATTER. SMH. REALLY???

Nike is very overrated. Bulky shoes that arnt even suitable for human feet since they give me and everyone I know blisters.

Bouncy Ben came to Nike World HQ to dunk at the Bo Jackson gym. Dream come true for this professional dunker.
We filmed a backboard eastbay, his dream dunk, with the help of Nike team members who reserved the court for us.
The culture at Nike is world class and humble. The 1 star reviews here are about product and random customer service issues, not the headquarters building.

Somehow the very worst payment processing in online shopping, absolutely criminal in 2024, but, like they say - Winning isn’t for everyone!

Products and quality of goods have remained acceptable despite no longer being what they were fifteen years ago. Deliveries in acceptable times. Reviewable customer support....when you try to communicate with them you do it in chat with their artificial intelligence. Having said that, their biggest and most penalizing problem for customers is their release policy, especially for footwear, which is totally on the reseller's side rather than that of the customer. The most sought after models are released slowly (a Kobe model released on August 6th was released throughout Europe on their dedicated sneakers app in 2100 pairs distributed across 10 sizes). And the same is done for all the most sought after and requested models so that the end user, instead of buying at an honest retail price, is forced to choose whether to buy the same product at 3 - 4 times its original price from a reseller or contact some sites that produce replicas (some also produce excellent objects). Not to mention the total lack of attention or programs that give a reward to those who purchase on their site. You are offered the opportunity to become a member and that's it; whether you, as a member, buy for 100 euros or do it for 6000, nothing changes for them, there are no programs that give you access to discounts or privileged access once you reach a certain purchase threshold, something that comes from the first grade of marketing; all websites give you an increasing scale of concessions or privileged access to their releases as you reach and exceed various purchase thresholds, the only company that doesn't is the largest footwear manufacturer on the planet which, evidently, is so large that you don't have to worry about rewarding policies for your most loyal customers. Stuff that makes you wonder if Nike, by keeping its production volume so low on the most sought-after products, is a company serving the customer or is working to keep the reseller industry alive that it fuels with its policy

Ordered a pair of shoes off the app in which I’ve been buying from Nike for as long as I can remember for me my wife and my 5 kids.Well long story short I received my shoes and they have paint drip marks on them glue all over the place part of rubber that was supposed to be lime green was black.Just horrible I’ve wanted these shoes for a long time too.So I get on the chat for over an hour. They keep telling me to go to post office and send back but there isn’t anymore of that shoe in stock to exchange. So now I’m loosing out on the shoes I wanted and I have to go out of my way to ship them back when the workers should’ve never sent a pair out that looked like that. Now throughout this whole thing the guy on Nike chat tells me a manager will email me finally a day later he does and tells me that the shoes aren’t a workmanship flaw in which is clearly a lie and told me all he can do is exchange them. Now I never complain about anything but this had me going for something that was there mess up and I have to drive to post office return the shoes and wait for them to receive them in order to get my refund.Just crazy I thought Nike was better than this and I’m considering taking my business else where for mine and my family clothes and shoes.

I bought these shoes and wore them for a total of 3 hours most of which was driving. I can't believe how quickly they creased up. It doesn't even look like a crease it looks more like a lightning strike. It's pretty sad because I take care of my shoes and the first time I stray back to Nike and they did me and anyone else who bought these cheap shoes dirty. A name is only as good as its product and there is absolutely no excuse to manufacture your items even cheaper than before.
