Management at this particular location is absolutely terrible. Unprofessional would be understated. Actively participates in unacceptable behavior towards customers and fails to uphold the organization's initiative of operating an inviting and inclusive environment for all.

I have been visiting this store for years and have never had an unpleasant experience! The wine selection is to die for and they always give me good advice on what pairs with what. I also love using the florist services and creating a unique bouquet there is one of my go-to gifts.

The ground beef (non grass fed) with 80%-90% has contained excessive fat that becomes solidified after cooking and chilled. Since I love this neighborhood store, I will still be buying food from there.Oh no I tried the party size Kettle vinegar chips , I think the chips are harder than the usual or they can be too old.

Always a friendly experience. Very clean store. Great fresh fruit. And a spot for my high schooler to sit with her friends and eat.

Great store. Had what I needed, self checkout was easy and employees were helpful

This New Seasons is smaller than some of the larger locations, similar to the store layout that you would see when visiting a location in downtown Portland. There is a cute cafeteria area inside, a prepared foods bar, a wine tasting area, and an aesthetically pleasing bakery.

Costs more for smaller ounces for the Greek yogurt. Can't find the oils I used to get from here. Otherwise customers and clerks are nice. Fun to look at unique items both in the food and in the gift sections.

I only shop here once every few months as the prices are quite spendy, I like to indulge in the vegan baked goods. I came in today 6/5/23 for a quick trip. The cashier we went through, Brandi (I think that was her name) was talking to a fellow associate, Sophia, the entire time she was ringing us up. Never said hello or acknowledged us. Was complaining about how tired she was. And Sophia was just as oblivious to customer service. I totally get having conversations with your coworkers, and not at the expense of ignoring customers. I was surprised as usually we have good customer service at this location.

This New Seasons is conveniently located within the Progress Ridge shopping mall. It has all the amenities of other NS: Great-fresh produce, high-quality meat, a bakery (with gluten-free) options, and of course everything in between. I think NS offers great, high-quality products, just be willing to pay the premium.

Dialing back the previous 5 star review.New Seasons was always about the deli for me. All of the custom options are gone now. I really miss the days you would show up to find new, outstanding things to try any given day. Nevermind the wine and cheese tasting tours that died years ago.You are really starting to look like any other supermarket out there with a far greater markup. Let's hope the few premium items you have remain.I can buy Amy's Organic frozen meals at the local Plaid Pantry for far less. Don't cut your own throat trying to keep up with Amazon.

I can’t say enough good things about this store, even though it’s on the pricier side. Anyone who reads my reviews knows that I’m about service. My dog has allergies to regular meat, because of the preservatives. New seasons takes the effort to grind up meat for me without preservatives in special order without complaint. Thanks to Brendan in the meat department, I am going to be able to pick up my special order every week. This is what I’m talking about- going above and beyond to serve someone that has special needs. He could’ve just told me to take a hike, as they are already short staffed. But he listened to my concerns, and told me that it is important to help the customer when they have a problem. Crazy as it seems, my dog will be able to eat now. Thank you so much New Seasons for caring about one special needs customer!

Clean and well organized. Think of a modern spin on sprouts! The staff was helpful and the products all seemed fresh and well thought out. The bar area with micro brews and local wines was always busy upon my visits. If you live in the local area count yourselves lucky

Very large selection of organic and natural products, the store is gigantic and typically pretty busy. As you'd expect, the prices are a lot higher than a regular grocery store so keep that in mind if you're trying to stock up on food. I go to this location every few months to indulge in the vegan desserts with or without shame.

Came in tonight and found exactly what I was looking for (ranunculus). The dynamic duo team in the floral department provided world-class customer service. Dayna (? - please accept my sincere apologies if I am mistaken in regard to your name) diligently arranged an absolutely masterful, stunning bouquet! I am beyond grateful for your hard work and attention to detail. Thank you so much!
