They had an item I was interested on their website priced at a little over twenty dollars and When I arrived at the store, found the item. Picked it up, went up to the checkout. And the price was now forty nine dollars! If a company's going to play this kind of game, why would you do business with them. I ordered the same part on amazon for twenty nine ninety nine, which was the list price everywhere.

Don’t waste your money here!!!! They do not help you at all, you’ll get more help from Fred meyer associates . I brought my car here after getting it jumped to do a diagnostic and to buy a battery. They said no to both! I’m waiting for a tow truck to take me to O’Reillys. They’ve also threatened to tow my car if I don’t move it I’ve literally been here maybe 15 minutes. And I’m waiting for a tow truck to either tow my car or jump my car so I can take it to a different place to do the diagnostic which they don’t mind doing and to buy a battery and possibly the alternator belt, which is what is probably wrong with my car, so Napa, you just lost about $500 worth of my business.

Stay away from this location. This is the 2nd time I have tried to do business here and was very disappointed. Thursday May 9th I ordered a battery for my boat, an Odyssey Extreme. Online it said it would be available for pickup Thursday same day at 1 PM which I needed for the upcoming weekend. Ordered it which they are not cheap $500 plus. Got a call from Bill at 10:00am and left a message saying he would have to have the battery transferred from another store and it would not be there until Friday at 1 pm. So I called back wanting to find what store it was coming from to go pick it up because I needed it sooner than Friday at 1. Called talked to James at 11:20 AM he said he would have to look into that but would give me a call back to let me know where to find it. No call back.... 1:38 PM call again talk to James again he puts me on hold for 6 minutes and the line gets cut off. Call back talk to James said hey I just called he goes yeah its on a truck and there is nothing I can do for you. Very frustrating and he was talking like he didn't look it up just wanted to get me off the phone. The Friday call at 12:45 PM and talk to Dianne very grumpy and does not want to help. Tell her the store she goes I will call and ask and get back to you. Again no call back so call again she answers 1:54 PM. She goes yeah I didn't call I took my lunch.... Then she calls me back at 2:06 which was quick tells me there was so slip or receipt of that being sent out and would not count on it showing up. She tells me there is one at Aurora Napa and she will call and let them know I am coming to pick it up. So drive down there at 3 PM on Friday takes almost an hour with traffic to find out from the very nice gentleman down there they do not have the battery and she never called them back to hold that. Long story short he did go to the warehouse next door and was able to find me one. Then I called the Beaverton location back talked to some guy at 4:37 PM he said that he would cancel the order. Did not. Just talked to Dianne again today Monday at 11:57 AM and canceled it. Never again will I shop at this Beaverton location horrible customer service!!!!!!!

This place is somewhat lacking in selection and employee expertise, but they make up for it in spunk. The employees are sassy in an endearing way.
