I love this sewing center. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. I recently bought a Babylock Bloom embroidery sewing machine and staff spent a lot of time showing different machines and explaining the advantages and disadvantages according to what my needs are. I am thrilled with my purchase. I got an excellent price and my new machine is amazing! Thanks Montavilla!

I had my Juki sewing machine fixed as well as serviced at the Beaverton location. It was done sooner than the quoted timeframe and they did a great job. The staff was also helpful and friendly. I live an hour plus away and will definitely be bringing my machines back for their wonderful care!

I have been buying sewing machines from Montavilla since the 70"s. The service has been steller throughout . I now have a babyloc from them that is wonderful. I reccommend the sales specials and appreciate the every day savings too. It is really nice to have a full service sewing machine service. the You tube vidio 's are great when you get that new machine or to refresh your memory on a stitch you need. Nice to have the expert work on your yearly maintence of the machine too.

The repair department was excellent. Jessie helped diagnose the problem with my Jamome. I live at the coast so Montavilla ordered the parts and I took my machine in when the parts arrived. Steve was amazing, knowledgeable and worked with my schedule to pick up the machine. Great,Great service. And the machine came back with an entire checklist of service they’d done. Thank you!!

Fantastic place to buy a sewing machine. The machines they carry are well constructed and built to last (unlike the cheapo machines you can get on amazon and walmart that shake and bounce around as you sew). The sales staff are very helpful too, I was looking for something really basic and they showed me a few options and encouraged me to take a day to think it over. They also suggested I watch some of their instructional videos on the different machine models to help me decide. I've had my machine for about a month and I love it.

Excellent service and customer care! The sales rep helped me find the best machine for my needs and taught me how to use it. She took all the time to answer my questions and I had never the feeling that all my questions were too much. Great experience.

Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I bought a refurbished machine last year and started having some trouble with it sewing correctly. It took about 4 weeks to get it back, but I wasn't in a hurry so it was not a problem. They're very thorough and the work they did was detailed in the invoice.
