They have over 100 customers in line easily and both sides of self checkout are closed which both have 15 check stands. Don't make any sense how this store even remains open. Do not waste your time here it's 15 mins shopping 45 mins waiting in line.

The last two times I have shopped there, I had to do self-checkout. Nobody was working at the few check stands they do have. Why can't they hire someone?

Don't order pick up from Walmart. There is no parking in the pick up area so good luck finding a spot. They don't have enough employees working so it takes an hour or longer to pick up your order. You can call the store as many times as you'd like and they still won't answer the phone. Once my order finally came out, the short woman who was wearing earbuds was very rude to me and not helpful. Very unprofessional. Walmart needs to hire more employees, BETTER employees, and stop booking so many people during the reservation times that the wait is over an hour and there is no parking. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional.

Very convenient to have this in the neighborhood. I find a wide variety of pantry staples and produce, as well as I really like that they do a great job of stocking a good authentic Hispanic isle.

Today is March 5th, 2022. At 3 pm I entered this Walmart unit to buy a case of Coke Zero No Caffeine. Took my purchase to the check out line with a live cashier because I prefer the human interaction. I picked the shortest line. The checker was finishing up the customer in front of me and as I walked up, the cashier said something unintelligible thru his mask. When it was my turn to be checked out I asked the cashier what he had said to me originally when I first walked up. I project my voice and speaking through these Covid masks is very muffling so I repeated myself. Another Walmart associate about 10 ft away began to interject herself into the conversation yelling across the 10ft space. Then she came over to confront me telling me to stop yelling at the cashier (which I was not yelling, only trying to my my words clear through my mask). She proceeded to tell me he does not speak English. I then asked her how am I expected to communicate with this non-English speaking employee if I do not speak Spanish? She just told me to take my purchase and get out. I went to the front of the store and asked for the store manager. Manager David came up and introduced himself. We stepped outside of the store so that I could register my experience at the check out register. The Manager David agreed with me that the interfering Walmart associate was wrong to interject herself into the conversation. I registered my frustration with Walmart and the Mgr David how was I to know the cashier did not speak English, there was no sign stating non-English speaking cashier, and it was a poor choice putting him in direct contact with the English speaking public. If I ever step foot in the Walmart unit, may God strike me dead on the spot. I rate the management of this unit POOR, and their customer service techniques SUBSTANDARD for a retail unit.

The Walmart changes in my opinion are not good at all. The first problem is they have way too many people working in the store stocking shelves and standing around. The new all self check out is a joke as the check areas are crammed and people are slow at checking out. Why did they eliminate checkers just to add employees standing around checking their phones. Any personality this store may have had is gone.

Clean, always well stocked, staff available for questions, nice produce, good prices. And they have the easiest self-checkouts in the area. It's a pleasure to shop here.

What a mess! Really? Months to reorg shelves??? Takes forever to shop even a small grocery list now because they keep moving everything someplace else. Have to keep walking back and forth, up and down aisles searching for items. So totally disorganized even the staff don't know where things are now. I dread going shopping there anymore and will pay a little more elsewhere just to save myself the aggravation. Totally frustrating and exhausting experience to be in there.

So, what in the world is going on with this store? They are obviously remodeling, or something. Please provide your customers with some information as to what is going on! Is the store being turned into a skating rink? Will you replace the stock? I shop here occasionally because it is literally a block from my home and very convenient. Except when I get in the store and can't find anything because all their stock has been randomly tucked here and there throughout the store. Come on guys, post a sign or something so your customers can either look forward to upcoming Improvements or make plans to commence shopping elsewhere!!

They need to make more stalls for the men's bathroom because there is only one which means if someone is in it and you have to go badly then you are most definitely screwed. Let me give you an example. A customer last Friday so the 20th a customer early in the morning had to go to the bathroom. And the stall was occupied so what does he do? He takes a shit on the floor near customer service desk.

If you want to make your political statement, then do it during all business hours. Not when it conveniences you.

For the first time I used the coin machine in this store . Since its first time to use,I asked the employee how to operate the machine. When asked,he came to the machine, and punched something on the screen and said what to do next. Nothing wrong with this. But the air ,the attitude he carried toward me was somehow I wasn't welcomed there. After my thanks to him wasn't get any respond from this guy. He just did the things done like robot. A lot like a angry robot. He completed spoiled my good mood in the morning. Easter Sunday morning. If possible I would not come to this store any more.

*toxic management and aggro male masculinity running amuck in this particular store. appalling this sort of mentality is existing in beaverton or in 2021. *toxic management trickles down to why the employees are so cringe. they( mgt & staff) are racist toward those of color and at this particular neighborhood walmart employs pb's who harass and provoke customers and the disabled. management admitted to being racist (2/3/21) and that "all of oregon was didn't you know?"

It's like a large 7-11. Crappy selection for a "grocery store". The produce looked old and/or wilted. Floors were filthy. Standard Walmart.
