“Just had one of the best customer service experiences of my adult life. Chuck & Dustin were my checkers. I was the space cadet customer who used the wrong club card # after spending a bunch of time adding all the relevant deals. I asked if they could reenter my number and was told they'd have to start over. I was super hesitant to be a jerk, especially given all the extra work our grocery people have to do right now. They said it was totally up to me, they had the time, and they were willing. It saved me $30 extra dollars, so I was super appreciative. They unloaded and rescanned everything and put it back, then offered to help me out and load my car. They never made me feel bad and were kind and friendly the whole time. It was a great example of kindness and humanity in these crazy times. They deserve a bonus!”

“My wife and I refer to this location as "the nice Fred Meyer." Access is decent with multiple ways to enter and exit the parking lots, there is a large area to cue up for the fuel center and the aisles are organized in a reasonably understandable way (compared to other Fred Meyer's). So that you don't wander around like I did, the one downside is there's no electronics center and no photo services.”

“It's been a month since my last review. I wanted to come back here with a positive update. I put in a request to refill a medication that was previously very difficult to get filled. I did not get the usual message that this medication is out of stock, so after a few days I called the pharmacy. A person answered the phone!!! This was great! Previously the phone would ring and loop into the same repeat message, so I was happy to speak to a live person. This person told me the medication will be ready the following day. Sure enough, I checked my Rite aid app the next day and it was ready to be picked up. I appreciate the efforts for improvement Rite Aid. Thank you.”

“Okay, I see a lot of low ratings here, but most people are punks when it comes to rating.This place was clean, well-lit, stocked, and all four employees I had interaction with were not only pleasant but also PROUD of working at the last 24-hour pharmacy in Oregon. Add to the pharmacist's pleasant manner and willingness to go above and beyond for the patients, even in the middle of the night? No brainer, 5-star review...and that doesn't even include the fact it only took 30 minutes for a prescription, and they were busy at the time! I am mad impressed with this Walgreen's! Thank you, staff, for being so wonderful to people who are already stressed out, you all are rock stars!”
