The collective team (Manager, Customer Service agents, mechanics) are all clearly focused on making customers happy at competitive prices. They take the time to answer your questions and get the job done on time as promised. Probably my 11th trip here with our 4 European cars. They can do it!

This shop does great work at low rates. I had a full set of tires installed (they even price matched Costco with a better warranty), hub assembly replaced and an alignment done and they had my car back to me in a few hours. Their financing program made it possible to have my car safe for me and my family on the road.

I needed to replace A brake caliper, and was told that they would only sell me a complete 4 wheel brake replacement.What should have been a couple hundred, became 1600.

Lonnie and the crew are always super helpful. It’s rare these days to find a mechanic shop you can trust, but I know with Lonnie we will always get the best price and that he will not throw random charges or repairs that are unnecessary.

I called and made an appointment and was told it would take 45 minutes for a brake inspection. The crew sat around talking versus inspection the car. When they finally inspected that gave me what was wrong with the brakes but didn't quote me on what was communicated. Total waste of time and I don't trust them.
