They out the wrong last name on my phone . They out my middle name and they disconnected me from 611 so I never received important messages from metro. Also when I called they said I could walk out with a new phone their best new phone for 159 out the door and they charged me thirty more dollars than that and they created their own pin number for my account so I was unable to even access my account. I now have a broken phone and have been over charged and scammed. Terrible service

Charging $50 when she was going to make the payment of the $50 that she was making to collect, I was calling the Capital One bank with my mother's phone and when I asked her why she was doing it, she didn't tell me anything and told me that he wasn't there. doing that I took the phone from him and dialed the number he was dialing and it said Capital One I hope this hasn't happened to anyone because if it has happened I think they charge more than they should and they are stealing information

The store smelled so strongly of cologne that I literally had to walk out immediately after entering because I was hit in the face by the scent. I have asthma and often have to deal with perfumes and things in public effecting my breathing but this was on a whole other level of bad. Please be considerate that people who come to your store to do business need to be able to BREATHE while doing so.

The service from the staff is very bad. I wanted to buy a phone, they gave me a very high price and when I was checking out, they gave me a price that was too low, what a coincidence.
