No matter where I am, when I place an order by phone they will ship my order to me. During the pandemic, the mall was closed but the store was still operating. The shop owner brought my order out to my car, wearing a mask of course. I've been a customer of this local store for several years, and a Merle Norman customer for over thirty-two years. I even worked for a Merle Norman when I was young. All Merle Norman owners I've known and have worked with have been very knowledgeable about the products, generous in their time to share their techniques, make custom recommendations for each person, and they are always happy to see their customers.

The lady who always helps me is so friendly and sweet. My first time in she took her time color matching me, and gave me a sample to try first to see if it'd irritate my skin (acne prone) and this make up doesn't clog my pores at all and I love it! Such a little bit goes a long way. I've been back ever since. Each time I see her she's always welcoming. Thank you!

I always have a great experience at this location when I have gone in to buy makeup. I go out of my way to get my products here verses the clackamas location. Whenever I call my makeup is always delivered on time. Great products and nice people :)

Bit of a disappointment... I'm a very easy sale! Was three steps across the hall at CeramiCafe with my family... while they were painting I decided to step across the hall needing new foundation and I felt unappreciated and unwelcome... ? I'm literally the easiest sale. Greet someone who walk in welcomingely... pretend you want to be there. Make me feel important and I will be your next best customer. Kinda sad.

Soooo annoying!! We usually love coming here. Went here tonight at 7:30 pm their website says CLOSES at 8pm. Walked into cedar mills to purchase my grandma a gift because she LOVES it here but nope couldn’t they were closed. They had on a pad lock. Super annoying if your going to close at 8 & have it on your website then GO BY THAT!!!

Usually use Merle Norman cosmetics. Prices have increased a lot the last few years. Was in the store last week and found the owner to be rude and unaccommodating. Will shop around for another Merle Norman establishment or just change brands altogether.

Took my 83 year old grandmother here. She waited all week for me to get off “early†to bring her to this store. It took her 15 minutes to walk from the front door to the store only to find they had closed 30 minutes early! She was greatly disappointed. If you are going to have your hours on the website be sure they are accurate!

The owner did a wonderful job helping my mom find products that matched her skin and coloring. We also found a stylish wig that matched her hair color, so it looks natural. Great customer service.

My mom and I went shopping here yesterday. The owner was very helpful finding products to match my mom's coloring and skin type. When we were almost out the door, we stopped to look at the wigs. We ended up buying a beautiful light gray wig, which matches my mom's hair color perfectly and looks natural. Mom has been using Merle Norman products since 1950 to clear up her horrible acne. The skincare line cleared up the acne, and has continued to give her beautiful skin ever since.
