I stopped at both stores in the area, initially looking just for a bedframe. The initial gentleman, Joe, we worked with was extremely helpful and made sure I had the right bed frame I needed. Then because he knew I traveled far, and they didn't have the bed frame in stock, he had me purchase it there and sent me over to there sister store where they had it in stock just about a half mile away. I walked in and met Alan, who had my bed frame waiting for me. I also happened to walk past one of the most beautiful mattresses I'd ever seen that also happened to be 47% off at the time and I forgot about my bed frame. I ended up picking up that mattress up, plus the box springs and bed frame to go with it. Alan went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. Got twine for us, helped us load everything, just made it such an all around good experience. These guys in both stores are just rad, thank you so much!!

Great experience. I went to three different stores and ended up purchasing from Mattress Firm. Nathan found multiple options that met my needs and stayed within my budget. When I figured out exactly what I wanted, he did some extra research. Friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure - 5 stars

Joe is amazing nothing but best extremely helpful and amazing customer service! We are extremely happy with the help and service he has provided!! Amazing quick response and immediately helped when our base broke same day of delivery!! Definitely recommend! He’s been very informative every step of the way!! I will be coming here to purchase mattress very soon for both my kiddos upgrades ❤️

Our helper Gene was incredible. This was our first time buying a mattress, he was able to give us plenty of options that matched our needs and desires. We definitely walked in with little to no knowledge and Gene took his time to explain the strengths of each mattress and answer all our questions. Even better he was personable and made the whole experience enjoyable with no pressure. The store itself was clean and had plenty of options to try out. We will definitely be coming back to Matress Firm for our next mattress!

Gene was wonderful and very informative. Most certainly he is a sleeping expert since he shared really good knowledge and advice about the types of matresses offered for different types of sleepers. Gene also took care answering any questions about warranty, delivery timeframe, types of mattress covers, and other concerns.
