This guy is super shady! Ling story short... he sold my equinox after he told me 4 different prices for the repair, then said it couldnt be repaird at all THEN i defaulted on the loan, file bankruptcy, and told the loan company where to go get it...
AND THEN when the SUV was repossessed from the guy who he sold it to drive way, he gave the guy he sold it to my PERSONAL cell phone number AND address!!!!!

This was the lowest estimate and my car looks good as new and was completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Steve and his shop!

Told me for weeks that my parts would be here that week. Then I made an appointment for different issues and when I arrived AT the appointment time I was told to come back later because he was "at lunch". I don't know if my parts ever did come in, but I know I won't be going back to this place.

I am so impressed with Steve and the workers at Lucky Auto Body. The final work makes my car look just like new. Additionally, there were no hidden fees. I highly recommend them for your auto body needs.

Steve the owner gave me a quote to paint the roof of my Expedition for $ 1,000.00. He had my vehicle for over 10 months and never even painted my car. Steve is a liar, his word means nothing. I would NOT recommend him for any kind of auto body and paint work. Stay clear of this shop. Find another auto body and paint shop. There are several in the area that do good work and do as promised. I found another to paint my car for $ 650.00. His name should be UNLucky auto body and paint.

No communication, no estimates, over 2 months for a small repair. No customer service or updates despite calls and emails. Can not recommend

Misdiagnosed vehicle and did unnecessary repairs. Argued constantly and would not listen. Do not recommend.

I was very happy with this shop. The employees and owner are customer focused and quickly got my car looking like it did before some driver swiped my car then took off. I would trust them in future repair and maintenance big or small.

If you want you car fixed within a reasonable timely manner don't go here. Got my Subaru FORESTER appraised. Said he'd call me back in two weeks after parts were ordered and they had a better idea of when they could get me in for damage to be fixed. Fast forward 3.5 weeks. No word. Call them get my name searched in their file and it isn't even the right car under my file. No parts were even ordered. Steve, didn't even know he'd done an appraisal and asked me to bring the paperwork back in to get the right vehicle on file. If you want your car fixed within a timely manner don't take it to a shop that can't even get the paperwork right...

We use Lucky for our Company vehicles and for simple oil changes. We have never had an issue.If you need collision repairs I would highly recommend you go somewhere else.My boyfriend has had his car at Lucky's since April for a bumper repair after small fender bender. When he brought vehicle in for estimate he was told repairs would only take about 3 days. First issue we had with Lucky was him uploading supplement estimate to Insurance adjuster which took about 2 weeks, then bumper was on backorder for 4 weeks.. when bumper FINALLY arrived 6/10 we were told it would be quick instalment and we would have vehicle back Monday 6/13 (latest) We went in Monday hoping to pick up vehicle just to be told it wasnt ready yet and we would get a call from him later that day. 4pm still no call and nobody answered (hours say they close at 5pm) I called the following day for update. 6/14 Steve let us know they were trying to Glue back a piece that was broken from impact and would try to put bumper on. I asked him not to glue it as that did not sound safe. Steve then said he would give us an update call mid day. We never heard from him and had to call following day 6/15 and were told he had to order broken piece and there is no way he could track part or know when part would arrive. Friday 6/17 I call lucky again for update and he states they received the part but it was the wrong part!! (He never called us to update or let us know but he did order "new correct part") So now we are waiting again for the correct part to arrive. It is 6/20 now and we still have no update on when vehicle will be repaired.Attached photo is what vehicle currently looks like and has looked like since April.Service: Body & Trim

Really appreciated the work Steve and the team provided me. My Pontiac has had many issues and they were able to solve them. They even drove me home and had a multiple nice conversations over the years.

Yesterday, just by happenstance, I stopped at Lucky Auto Body after having my car serviced at Beaverton Toyota, which is next door. My left front fender had been scuffed for a while and I stopped to ask what it would take to have it repaired. Steve, the owner, was very kind and indicated that I could come back in an hour and it would be free of charge. A very nice gesture! I had lunch somewhere and returned. He immediately took the car inside and his mechanic did a wonderful job. The fender looks like new! I told Steve I would hug him if I could... Steve is a real gentleman and if ever I need body work done on my car, Lucky Auto Body is the place I would go to. Thank you Steve!
