What a wonderful service. I was having the worst Monday of my life and had some questions regarding my possible tax relief eligibility. I read that liberty tax offered FREE tax advice so I gave them a call and the young lady I spoke to let me know what I needed to know and how to get it processed with little trouble or fees.I was so impressed and so happy i gave them a call.Thanks Liberty tax.Ya'll fricken rule!

Only one person seems to work here and she is always booked waste of time unless you call way ahead and book an appointment

Inquired with this branch of Liberty Tax for a quote regarding tax prep and was greeted with a long holding time, rude representative and outrageous quote of $125 just for a quick consultation for getting a quote. Was told to get any sort of accurate quote I would need to pay $125. Not sure why this extra charge is necessary, I was able to get quick quotes from multiple other vendors today without issue. Liberty's website claims "friendly" service, my experience was quite the opposite. I will definitely not be giving them my business.
