They loose lab samples multiple times and takes so long just to drop off a specimen. I had to do a urine 24 hr test then redo it over a month later because they lost it! How does that even happen! They lost 4 of my labs!

The place is a joke. It's gone downhill significantly. The system doesn't work, they give you the wrong information, screw up blood draws and lab results, billing. I mean it's so basic - appointment - draw - lab results. And yet, they can't get one thing right anymore. Very sad and pathetic. Avoid.

Disorganized place and no caring peopleWaited 15 minutes to talk to representative in order just to drop off specimens with no people in lineSome workers hired from other countries that makes sense of their indifference and service culture

I was accompanying my grandmother for her lab order after her PCP visit. The front desk staff at the clinic is unwelcoming and unfriendly, making for a bad experience. I've witnessed elderly patients struggling with the check-in kiosk for 15 minutes or more, prompting me to step in and offer help. If you're sent to the lab for a walk-in without an appointment, you'll be expected to sign in at the kiosk and wait 45-60 mins without any assistance or guidance. And if you approach the staff for assistance, they might give you a dirty look and make you feel you're bothering them. It's difficult to understand how they can treat their patients that way. Negative!

I made an appointment the day before online. Checked myself in on the kiosk, like we’re supposed to do. Everyone was nice despite the previous reviews and having my 9 month old in a stroller with me. Out of there in less than 10 min. Coming to this one again for sure!

Promise, one of the staff, went above and beyond to help me today. I am grateful for her hard work and attentiveness.

Came in 3 weeks ago and got the most painful blood draw that I still have a lump on my arm from. Came back in today for a different lab and the guy checking people in with gauges quite literally yelled at me very loudly because they couldn’t find my labs that were ordered saying “well I wasn’t the one here 3 weeks ago so how would I know what you’re talking about”. The person from the back room even asked if he was okay because of how loud and angry they sounded. I immediately left. Would rather drive to a further location. Really need some kinder and more experienced people at this lab.

Unlike others here, I didn't have any issues getting my blood work done. My orders for labs were there. The person that did it was cool and very friendly. Nice guy! I was in and out in about 10 minutes.HOWEVER, if I could leave a separate one star review for the lady at the far right of the desk that does imaging check in, I would. When I was there, she was RUDE AF to the person she was on the phone with and had a horrible attitude. Girl, you need to chill out and learn how to deal with people. This is coming from someone who is NOT a people person.

The woman sitting on the far right at the front desk who checks people in for Imaging, was the rudest person I have ever come in contact with in my life! She had no people skills, no courtesy and was completely unprofessional! If I was her manager, I would have fired her right on the spot! she should be reported immediately! She was rude to me, and every customer that came in before and after me. How she made it through interviews to get that job is beyond me, when so many people cannot find work. They must have had to meet some kind of requirement to allow her to work there! I would give a negative 1,000 Stars if I could!

Billing department contact is incompetent and “doesn’t know what to tell you” when bills are received from the services they outsource to. Because of their outsourcing and billing practices, there is no way to tell which charges are legitimate and what services they are for.If you receive a questionable bill from an unfamiliar provider two months after your service here, your choices are pay or be sent to collections. Very shady operation.

I had a bunch of lab tests. Had to bring in various biological samples. When I got the collection containers I had to present my ID, insurance cards, etc. I watched them enter the info into the computer, just as I had watched the receptionist in my doctor's office enter it moments before. I was told I had to have an appointment to be allowed to drop off the samples. Seemed odd, but ok. I couldn't be sure when I could collect the samples, some of which were time sensitive, so I collected the samples before trying to make an appt. When I tried to make an appointment there were none available for the time-sensitive materials I had just collected. Now What? I tried to call to ask what I was sposed to do. First I was dropped into the general Legacy Health System where I was on hold for about ten minutes listening to a long message "if this then that, if that then this, if the other thing, then the other, Covid information, Covid immunization information, if this than that again, etc. etc.," finally got to select the number for my need, where I again waited about 10 minutes, again sitting through "if this then that, if that, then this, if the other thing, then the other, Covid this, Covid that, etc. etc., When a human finally answered I was transferred to the lab where once again I sat through "if this then that, if that, then this, if the other thing, then the other, etc. etc.," for another10-12 minutes. No one from the lab ever answered. Since I had already collected the specimens I decided just to drive to the lab before the clock ran out. I hoped someone with common sense would accept them. At the lab no one seemed to care that I didn't have the mandatory appointment. They asked for all of the same information they had entered into the computer less than 24 hrs before. I explained the confusion I'd experienced when I couldn't make the mandatory appointment in time to meet the lab deadline. The receptionist said, like I'm a little slow "well, if you have a specimen to drop off you don't really need an appointment!" I suggested it would be helpful if there was a note adjacent to the online appointment link stating that lab specimens could be dropped off even if no appointments were available. The receptionist shrugged, said he has nothing to do with that. This is the first time I've dealt with the Legacy system. I liked the new specialist I saw, I was thinking about becoming a Legacy patient. Nah. Can't get through on the phone, told an appt was required, but couldn't make one, and staff who are unconcerned with the patient's experience in the Legacy system.I sure hope Legacy lab staff's systems and personnel are more responsive than I experienced in my efforts to get there.

I've always received excellent service at this lab. The staff is friendly and competent. I get my results very quickly...depending on the test. I've gotten radiologist reads within a couple of hours! Other labs were also very prompt. The only reason I gave this location four stars instead of five is there is a wait for services. Not too bad, but I think they might be short a person or two.

This used to be a good location for blood work, but the last couple times I have been here recently they have had what seems like a full turnover of staff and these folk are not as good as the last group, nor as friendly. Separate from that, through the pandemic my blood work orders would be processed and ready, but recently they now lose the orders and it all takes a LONG wait to get a simple blood draw done - if they can even find the orders. When they can't, well good luck, because they will give you a hard time about a simple call to the doctor's office and at first refuse to even do so, which is usually an automatic thing labs do. It finally became so ridiculous with dealing with them I walked out without the necessary blood work done. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ve been going to this lab since they open. It appears staffing is a major issue with the location. My husband and I have recently made appointments for blood lab work and the results were less than satisfactory. The staff is less than competent for drawing blood. I had 3 staff members poke me with zero success- I was in the chair for 1 1/2 hours. The "lead" staff member was rude and mumbled everything under her breath. She finally gave up - didn't know what to do at that point. Both arms were black and bruised. The end result was half of the blood was drawn, I suggested I go to the hospital and have the other drawn - nope not an option. They threw away my blood and I started back at square 1. As a side note I'v never that this much of issue in the past. My recommendation is to go to St. Vincent hospital - 5th floor an amazing team (Angie).

No problems. Scheduled lab appointment online the day before, showed up on time, waited a few minutes and was out the door a few minutes later. Nurse was quick and efficient. Test results were available the next morning first thing. This is not the Legacy Go location across the street. The lab office is on the second floor of a giant shared building. Go to the parking garage right by the elevators, you can park underneath or on the roof level and you'll be nice and close to the main entrance.
