I met Elle at the Beaverton/Tanasbourne La-Z-Boy in January 2022. I had just moved to Oregon. Did not have any furniture. I just wanted a couch to sit on and a table to eat at. I had been to multiple stores and found nothing. I was so discouraged by the time I got to La-Z-Boy. I wanted quality furniture that I liked!! Elle sat on every couch in the showroom with me. I was a challenging customer. I knew what I wanted…… and it did not look good in my home. Elle went back to the drawing board with me. She put together a beautiful living space. I moved 1 1/2 years later. Back to Elle and La-Z-Boy. I finally figured out it out. I tell Elle what I want, show her pictures of the room and then she puts together something I love. I walked in the store today and she pulled out a picture she set aside for me. She knew I was looking for something to go above my buffet. It was perfect. I am amazed at Elle’s ability to pull something together that I love. Plus, how many stores can you walk into where they know you by name and set things aside for you? I am so grateful for a company that makes quality furniture and hires an excellent staff! Thank you La-Z-Boy and Elle?

Delivery drivers Jay and Lalo were amazing! They showed up a few minutes early and were done in no time. I was shocked at how quick they were in and out, while being friendly and professional. They even showed me how to take the couch apart if we ever move. Beyond happy with the delivery experience! Thank you Jay and Lalo!

Olivia & Brilyn were a complete joy to work with! They helped us pick out the perfect furniture for our space. The design center was amazing. I provided the measurements for the room & they were able to place the furniture in it & show us pictures & how it would all fit. They were such a help in picking out beautiful fabrics that complement each other. The store has so many beautiful choices in all furniture needs as well as decorative items. I highly recommend this store & especially Brilyn & Olivia. They are very knowledgeable & so fun to work with.

Had our recliners delivered on time, actually showed up about 30mins earlier than stated in the morning. Which was awesome as most delivery services tend to run behind schedule. Jay and Hector were the delivery men, both were friendly and very professional. Walked the route, found the location and I was signing for my furniture with 10mins of them showing up. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The sectional is the most comfortable piece of furniture that I have ever purchased. The sales team were extremely knowledgeable, personable and ensured that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. The delivery team was friendly and took the time to explain all the features.

I have Purchased La-Z-Boy furniture for more than 30 years. I’ve bought numerous couches and chairs. The quality has always been excellent. I recently went back when I needed a power lift recliner the staff, James /Lori were very friendly and helpful Customer service was excellent
