Over the past 3 years I have worked with the Kuni Auto Center team with three different vehicles. Every experience has been incredibly positive!
This team provides professionalism, courtesy and customer respect in multiple ways. Calls, emails and texts are promptly responded to and every interaction exudes care and a sincere willingness to help.
A special call out to collision center manager, Dan McGilvary. This gentleman personifies excellence in customer service and support. He is always a pleasure to deal with and is passionate about his work and making sure the client is well cared for.

Chalen was wonderful to work with! She was incredibly patient, contacted me regularly during the buying process, and answered all my questions even when I asked the same ones over and over until I understood. She even came in on her day off to help me with the final paperwork because she wanted to see me through the whole process. So professional! She was very easy to talk to and never made me feel foolish about what I didn’t understand. I would buy a car from her again in a heart beat!

Had my SC 430 in for service. Lexus just remodeled their Service and Sales area and it is so nice! The old facility was great and the remodel is fantastic. Just like their Service people. Lexus of Portland is the best.

Spoke with Warren who was a nice sales Rep. They're professional and helpful but unfortunately the dealership has a very strange policy where they refuse to purchase a car if the sticker with the vin number inside of the door frame is even partially coming off of the frame. Why schedule a viewing for a 20 year old car if you can't handle something like that? As far as an old car can be mine is basically in perfect condition cosmetically inside and out and mechanically as well Warren also showed me that the vin can be found beneath the front windshield looking from the outside in. Well in that case why couldn't they just go off of that vin number?

One of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Found a car online that I wanted to purchase, walked in for a test drive with no pressure at all. Chalen was amazingly helpful and very personable. I was in and out in 2 hours with a new car. Will be back for sure.

Alex was a great sales person to work with. It was late on Sunday night. He stayed late and helped with everything before I was ready to leave. He even helped take plates off my trade in when it was cold and dark outside. He went above and beyond. Very personable and easy to relate to.
Trevyn in finance was straight to the point, did not push back when I declined his additional coverages and warranties. He answered all my questions and I left feeling as if I knew everything.
