We live 45 minutes away and I still drive down to this spot right here instead of other pet stores! Been seeing them for over two years now :) They are always friendly and helpful. And I absolutely love their point-system. Because I shop there for food, toys, chew sticks, etc. I’m always walking out with free goodies (including a cot for my dog at one point)! Highly recommend this spot!!

I just ordered a Wonder Walker harness for my schnauzer and it was shipped to me quickly. Unfortunately, due to the postal service there was a mix up. However the day it was supposed to be delivered I received an email from an actual person with King Dukes ( Nikole) checking to see if I had received it. Since I hadn’t actually gotten it she said she would call the postal service and check on it for me. It all worked out and I did receive it. I am just so impressed with the quick, personal service and care I received from King Dukes!! I am their new fan and I will be doing future business with them!! ?

Very cute store! Lots to choose from & my cats love those bulk treats. Only $7 for a "small" (but very full) bag, plus it's only $5 for a bag on Tuesdays?! Lots of free samples, unique toys, freeze dried food, we got the duck treat sample bag which my cats also loved. I'll be back!

I love King Dukes! It is an unassuming place in a business park in Beaverton. They have all kinds of treats from their treat bar available. The staff members are so nice. They have high quality food and treats, as well as a lot of toys, beds, food and water dishes, and other dog and cat accessories available. King Dukes is definitely worth visiting and then making a reqular stop as you need pey supplies.

Love this pet shop. They have a nice selection of high quality food, treats, toys, and other items. The lady working today was very kind and helpful in answering my questions- super knowledgeable. She also gave us some free samples to try. We will definitely be back.

I purchased a dog cot for my puppy. It was delayed in shipping, and they contacted the manufacturer and let me know the status of my product. They were great to work with!! I would recommend them!!

Amazing family-owned local shop! Picked up an online order a few days ago, and was met outside for curbside pick-up. Prices were great, and I was given a few coupons and complimentary free treats with my purchase. I’ll be back for sure. Thanks again!

Ordered a water bottle for my dog. It broke after three uses. We thought maybe it could be fixed and so I contacted King Dukes by email and through their contact message system on their website with photos of the item, asking if they could help- either with a replacement or suggestions on how it could be fixed. This was months ago at this point and I still have not heard back. I'd say horrible customer service, but non-existent customer service is probably more accurate. Will not be ordering from them again.
