I went through Charter Van Lines to move and this was the company they used. Avoid this company if necessary. They didn’t call 24-48hrs prior to picking up like they were supposed to. They picked up on a Saturday. When I asked the movers when the stuff would be delivered, I also asked if they could deliver it Thursday. The mover said yes, and that we’d get a call to set that up. NEVER received a call yet again so I called Wednesday and they told us still that Thursday would be the first day of the window.. I said okay great, but what’s the last day of the window because I start work the following Tuesday and we were told 10 BUSINESS DAYS. That was never mentioned by the broker company or the movers. I called the customer service number Thursday to see if today would be a possibility and it was like nailing jello to a tree to get a response. The automated message says to leave a voicemail but I can’t leave a voicemail if the VOICEMAIL BOX IS FULL. Shows how much they actually check their voicemails. So I sent two emails and a fb message and finally got a call back. The man was rude and seemed careless about his movers giving misleading information. He kept brushing me off and acted like I was just making what was said up because “no one in the office here has told anyone that” when I literally just told him it was the movers that told me that. Stay away from this company unless you want to not be communicated with then be lied to and live without your belongings for two weeks.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Joe, two of his guys came out and unloaded our 15 foot uhual in under 50 minutes. They don’t charge for each set of stairs. Very amazing and kind! I will be using them again.

100 Stars if I could. These guys worked so fast I couldn’t believe it. They finished moving us before I got our internet to work. We moved to a 3rd story apartment & I thought for sure I was going to have more work to do after they left. Nope! They got it all done. I was extremely impressed. It took me 14 hours to load our uHaul up & they got it unloaded in 45 minutes. Money WELL spent. Now all I gotta do is unpack!

From the first call made to Joe was responsive, honest and helped to prepare for my move. On the day of the move, I was impressed by the care and handling Joe and Jonathan gave to prep my furniture and move it out of my home and into the new home. I can't thank them enough and will be using them again for another job soon!

Helped me with a last minute move after my other movers cancelled on me- so professional, so helpful, so nice. Had a great attitude even though I had them lifting my furniture in 90 degree weather. Can’t say enough nice things about them!

I have used them three times now. There are movers who carry one box at a time, and take breaks. There are professional movers with quality hand trucks and carry stacks. I have 19 stairs to my front door. They protect items you want safe. They listen. Beyond excellence.

You can’t go wrong with JR Moving LLC! They came recommended to me and I am so glad I called them. Totally reliable and prompt, Joe and his co-worker were polite, friendly and all around awesome! Professional, they were right on time, worked fast and knew where to take my furniture that I donated. They made an otherwise stressful situation, easy and smooth. Great customer service!

A three man crew arrived on time and cleared out all items fast. Their loading skills are top notch and I will refer them to every one in need. I appreciate all the work and services these guys have provided.

Do NOT trust this SCAM company to do anything with your valuables. They charged a 3000 dollar deposit and when they arrived (2 days late) they proceeded to tell us they could only move half of our stuff and it would be 5000 DOLLARS more than the agreed upon price. That was absolutely not going to happen. So when we told them that wasn’t what we agreed upon so we weren’t going to do that, they said well technically you’re canceling your move so we can’t give you the deposit back. None of our stuff gets moved and we pay 3000 dollars? I don’t think so. We will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and taking them to court. Do not trust this “company”!

Rob and his team were incredible. They were in time and ready to work! They had my whole place moved in 3.5 hours and took the time at the end to review everything and move any of my belongings to different rooms before they left.I will absolutely use this company again! Worth every penny spent!

The company and the crew were awesome. We didn't really have to do anything he knew exactly what he was doing and how to load everything into our U-Haul they were just outstanding , we cannot say enough nice things about them and we will definitely use them again although hopefully we don't have to move again
