I called to inquire about tax advice, since they are close to my house. I asked how much they charge for an appointment, to ask tax related questions about my 401K. I was turned away. The lady who answered the phone was nice.For some reason it really sucks when you're kind/ respectful and willing to pay someone for 10 minutes of their time and be turned away. Glad you folks have enough business though, that you're able to turn away business.

One thing we learned about running a successful business is you must surround yourself with the best people you can find. We wish we started with Bryan Cluff and his team from the very beginning. Before Bryan took on our case, two accountants declined to take us as clients. What he did, was pick up a load of mess and years of botched books and transformed them into clean and acceptable accounting. He deftly navigated the mazes of the IRS and Oregon Dep of Rev and cleaned up years of neglect left by “Certified Tax Preparers.” We will forever be grateful to Bryan. Running a business is never easy, but if you have Bryan on your team, you are on the right track.
