When I first met Terry, he really asked questions to understand me. My business model. Then based off of that we decided on some swag that would enhance that. One of the items were these pens. I loath the throw away pens that's what I call them. I wanted the person actually want to use the pen. Terry made that happen. 2 years later, I have business owners still using my pen. So when it came time to get more....easy! Thank you Terry for listening to me and creating swag that fits my business!!

I needed a very small order of custom stickers made quickly. Terry from Impact Printing was very accommodating. He took the time to let me know my options. My order was smaller than what most companies would set as their minimum. Still Terry treated me like I was placing a really big order. Not only did he get them done for me in just two days, but the quality and price was far better than I would have gotten from the well known online printing companies. Impact printing will be getting all my orders from now on.

Excellent business. I put in a very last minute order to Terry. He was able to accommodate me and was super professional throughout the whole process. He went out of his way to help me, despite the fact that I gave him only about 24 hours to get the printing done. The price was extremely reasonable and many other places would have charged double what Impact did. I can't say enough about this business, I'd definitely go back here again with any future printing needs.

Had two 18"x24" poster prints done by Ken and his team. Great quality and amazing customer service; very responsive over email, completed project within days, gave recommendations to improve quality, and even took my frames out of the packaging to put it all together. My husband is a business owner and we will likely be back to use Impact again for business and personal printing needs!

I worked with Mandi at Impact Printing and she made printing time-sensitive and customized large prints such a stress-free and smooth experience, mainly due to great communication and executing just what we wanted and needed. I learned to appreciate the people you work with who make it as stress-free for you when wedding prepping and my experience with Impact Printing was just that!

I had a very good experience thanks to Mandi. I had a large project I needed printed by a certain day, with certain paper, and Mandi made sure that happened for me. She really worked with me and was super helpful, kind, nice, and overall a great gal. I would recommend this place, and I will print future projects here thanks to the service I received.
