Working with CARMEN Harper has been an awful experience. We trusted her to do our taxes and after three years we find out she has been falsifying our numbers and incorrectly filing personal information despite us giving her all the necessary forms and clearly discussing details with her. We had to submit amendments for all three years which H and R did not refund us for nor any of the mailing fees. When my tax return was rejected , Carmen stopped responding. She took the money and ran. I submitted four complaints to H and R and it has been minimal responses over three months. Everytime I call H and R support, they keep filing new case complaints with no follow up. No one has even called to actually talk to us. H and R behavior has been frustrating. For them it’s a job, for us our lives they are messing with. She should have her license revoked. Recommendation to anyone who has trusted Carmen to do their taxes, I would double check all your tax returns as you may have some amendments to submit as well.

Highly recommended Rama and Mike they are so helpful Rama was able to find discrepancies my so trusted tax lady has been doing with my taxes!! Thank you Rama and Thank you Mike for helping write them letters to the IRS!!

My tax preparer made errors on my state return and told me I was wrong when I pointed them out. The pricing was NOT upfront. We were told what it was after we signed the return.

I was misled by them that they were Certified Acceptance Agents for ITIN application, even after asking multiple times to confirm. And last minute was told they weren't. Had to scramble & pay extra & to find another consultant.

Carman Harper in SW Beaverton Hillsdale H& R Block office has the best business and personal tax returns preparer in entire Portland Metro area. I highly recommend her of professionalism ans honesty and care and knowledge!!!

Rama Iyengar is awesome, I had done my federal taxes done with some one else from a different state and needed my state taxes done and she was able to notice so many discrepancies in my federal she ended up getting me now for my refund!! ? I HIGHLY recommend her!!! Need a tax pro definitely all for Rama Iyengar she's the one !!! ???

Tax preparer did not resolve my outstanding tax issue. Did not seem to understand how to file an amended return or process crypto transactions. Wasted hours of my time scanning and providing documents that the tax preparer did not know how to utilize. Not recommended.
