Went to them with a groupon for an oil change. They advised me that my brakes were at 3.5mm and needed replacing and that my serpentine belt needed to be replaced as well. I took it to two other shops who told me my brakes were at 6mm and were fine and that my serpentine belt was fine also. I do not recommend this shop as they seemingly just lie to you about the work you need. Honest-1 Auto care is a VERY ironic name.

Honest 1 Auto Care had worked on my entire brake system last year. I recently had my truck inspected by another co to install a lift kit. They advised I have my front brakes inspected claiming they were sticking. I showed up to Honest 1 explained the situation and not only did they inspect my truck but replaced the calipers saying they didn't feel comfortable with the way the other ones looked. All free of charge. I'm extremely happy with there service and would recommend then to anyone.

I bought a groupon for a yearly maintenance of my two cars and had oil change for both, and brake fluid change on one of them. This is the first time I had my cars done at Honest-1 and have had very good experience with the people there. The manager Rich and the mechanics Josh and his colleague are very nice and knowledgeable, and of course, honest! I highly recommend them.

This was my first time going to Honest-1 and it was definitely a good experience. Rich, the manager had excellent costumer service and was very helpful with my "Easy Pay" application. After it was done his highly qualified maintenance team went to work and what I thought was going to cost over $1500 ended up being just below $900. Saved me over $600. "Honest 1"truly lives up to their name. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on any car and model.

Crazy AC issue and they got it done sooner than expected. totally happy with the service they provided. Plus, it's warranted for 3 years or 36,000 miles. What could be better?

I have had two satisfying experiences with their shop. The first instance required work on the front end license bracket to be installed and the second addressed a needed oil service.
Each time the work was done quick and efficient. That is the quality of service I look for when searching out a car repair service.

Unfortunately the store has replied to a customer’s post about the circumstances that took place at this shop today which are not true. I was a witness to the behavior and unprofessional approach that the store manager, Rich Bockman conducted today. No work was agreed upon so how could it have been half way completed? The actions and behavior today should not be tolerated by any customer.

Brought car in belts were squeaking they tightened up tension bracket fixed it right away no charge!! The team they have working at shop are awesome!! I'll be back!! Thanks again
