I recently went to Home goods in Beaverton and the cashier had some stuff on hold for me and I bought it so after I payed she didn't even give me a bag to put my stuff in was very Rude . I kindly asked her if she could help me put my stuff in the bag and she said you can do what you want and than she wouldn't help me so I ended tearing my bag. I was so Angry with her she should be Fired. Normally I'veshopped there and the Employee helps me bag my stuff but never have I been treated like this before. I hope that Homegoods Fires her and they get more Nicer employees who will gladly help with customers and bag there stuff and not treat people Rude or make them feel unwelcomed. Thank you. This Employee was on cashier 1 and it was on Saturday February 24th 2024 in the evening. Please Homegoods look into you're Employees and really watch how they treat there Customers and if they treat them the way I was treated than Fire them.

I shop at Homegoods regularly. I have not been in a few weeks and went today. Waited for 10 minutes in line. They called me to register #1. Before I could get there, a woman came in ro the store to return something and went to register #1 and cut me off. The employee decided to help her. Looked at me and said nothing. I went to turn around and they next person behind me took the next register. No one would help me. Another customer said I needed to go to the end of the line. So I left. I have been having more and more bad experiences there with rude people. Not ONE employee tried to help me or told that lady to wait. I feel like customer service doesn't exist anymore.
