I wasn't able to use my military discount because I wasn't a registered Home Depot loyalty member. When did that become mandatory? If I had my military ID on hand , then what's the problem . I am very disappointed in this location and will not be returning

Customer service Desk: Tues February 27th 2024 9:30am short female blonde, was really rude and snapped at me cuz I didn't have a receipt or the card that it was purchased with , but the same Barcode as the same product that is on the shelf. Couldn't of given me a store credit. Thats just really bad customer service. NEVER RETURN TO THE SOUTH BEAVERTON HOME DEPOT AGAIN.

I just bought a 1 liter bottle of BodyArmor SportWater for $3.48 where I usually get it for $1.80. I did call the number on the back of the bottle and customer Service said they don't control pricing. Well, I guess they can sell it for $10 and doesn't matter. I though 33% is the usual increase when reselling not 330% Anyyyywaaaaay Never buying water or foods and snacks at home depot although I feel bad for the workers who have to pay big bucks for just water.

Don't rent tools from them. They will rip you off. We paid $150 deposit, and when returning, we paid $75 for the day. We told you it will be 3 days for the deposit to return. It was returned on the 4th, and I never got the refund. My wife went in last week, and the staff at the tool rental counter was rude and disrespectful and would not help her. She had to go thru 3 different people to get something back, which was $98 back, and was also charged insurance that I didn't ask or agree to get.

Today I was looking for ideas to cover a planter-tub pond on my deck that would keep raccoons out of it at night so they don't eat the fish. I wish I had gotten the name of the very helpful gentleman who walked the store aisles brainstorming ideas for me. He came up with several good ideas and I ultimately went with the pre-cut beveled wood round (that most people would buy to make a side table). It was perfect. This man was extremely helpful, generous with his time, and clearly has excellent problem-solving skills. Yay for me!! Thank you, thank you!!

Just order it online. They had the item in stock but it was in the back (11 of them). I waited around 30 minutes for them to go get it and when I asked the front desk what the status was, I was told “whelp he dropped the ball on that one”. So, just get it on Amazon if you can. Not worth your time to go in person even if the item is listed “in stock” online
