“I met Elle at the Beaverton/Tanasbourne La-Z-Boy in January 2022. I had just moved to Oregon. Did not have any furniture. I just wanted a couch to sit on and a table to eat at. I had been to multiple stores and found nothing. I was so discouraged by the time I got to La-Z-Boy. I wanted quality furniture that I liked!! Elle sat on every couch in the showroom with me. I was a challenging customer. I knew what I wanted…… and it did not look good in my home. Elle went back to the drawing board with me. She put together a beautiful living space. I moved 1 1/2 years later. Back to Elle and La-Z-Boy. I finally figured out it out. I tell Elle what I want, show her pictures of the room and then she puts together something I love. I walked in the store today and she pulled out a picture she set aside for me. She knew I was looking for something to go above my buffet. It was perfect. I am amazed at Elle’s ability to pull something together that I love. Plus, how many stores can you walk into where they know you by name and set things aside for you? I am so grateful for a company that makes quality furniture and hires an excellent staff! Thank you La-Z-Boy and Elle?”

“I am very new to indoor plants. Last summer I got a zz plant from an online company that does self-watering pots. A few months ago some stems and leaves started to turn brown and I wasn’t sure what was wrong.I went to Staghorn to ask for help. The staff there are so friendly and knowledgeable. Dan answered all my questions so patiently and he explained to me that self-watering system isn’t great for zz plant. I decided to bring my zz plant there and Dan did a great job helping repot my zz plant to a nursery pot (they are totally fine that I want to use a pot I bought somewhere else) and get rid of dead parts. The cost for repotting was very reasonable.Thank you for saving my plant! I would definitely go there to get plants in the future.”

“The woman that helped me named Annette I can't say enough good things about she was especially helpful with ideas she spent half her day really helping me dial in my new house and she had great ideas. There is one woman in particular who was not very friendly or helpful I think she was the office manager that being said Annette made up for it with her pleasant attitude and helpful Decorative eye. She was really strong as well! caring tables etc. around if you go there ask for Annette!”

“Stopped by the bed mart outlet store to get a new mattress. David was very helpful and knowledgeable! He walked us through lots of options to find the best fit. Found the perfect one and check out went seamlessly with free delivery. Couldn’t be happier!”

“We live down south, but somehow my husband managed to come across this store when searching for a pair of very hard to find Ugg Slippers for our teenage daughter. We placed an order for the last available pair, which just happened to be in her size (we hope). We were going to pay extra for 3-day shipping, but then couldn’t find the option when checking out. So we went ahead and placed the order hoping for the best that they would arrive in time for Christmas. The next day Andrew called to say that they would definitely arrive after Christmas, if that is what he had ordered them for. Then offered 3-day shipping if we would like for them to arrive in time for Christmas. We happily paid the extra cost to expedite to make sure they got to us in time and they were even delivered a day early! From what I gather, this store is more for seat covers. But I highly recommend this store! Great service!”

“We were pleased this week to have another excellent shopping experience at Scott Director’s Custom Furniture. Our first purchases with him were over 20 years ago, and when we recognized we needed a couple of recliners for our new home, it was natural to return to Director’s. Scott personally showed us every recliner available on the floor. They were all on sale because unfortunately that company had chosen to cease operations just a few days before. We were thrilled to buy two quality leather recliners with power, each perfectly proportioned for my husband at 6’2” and me at 5’6”. We look forward to their delivery next week, and we know we will enjoy them for many years to come. We highly recommend Scott Director’s Custom Furniture.”

“I like this Craft Warehouse. The vibe is very chill, relaxed. The employees do not pressure the shoppers in any way. The selection of art supplies is sufficient, they don't always have every single thing I am looking for. But I do always find many items that perhaps was not on my to get list. All -all it is always a pleasant shopping experience at the Cedar Hills Craft Warehouse.”

My ornaments were priced differently and I didn't notice until I got home. I was already dreading going back to have it fixed but when I checked my receipt you had price matched them without me asking. That's the kind of service I love. “I've lived near here over 5 years and just found this little gem less than half mile from my home. Wow do they have it all! I expected to find old doors and window frames. I found they are very similar to Goodwill, everything I mean everything except for clothing. Unfortunately, that meant some items were overpriced, things I've gotten new on clearance for less money than their used (sometimes heavily used)price. Definitely the place to go when you're missing that one little piece to finish the project, they probably have exactly what you need. And it's right around the corner.”

The layout and the atmosphere of the store was pretty good too.”
