He presented a variety of upholstery options. We found exactly what we were looking for. The furniture is all made in America, which was also a plus, and the wait time is very reasonable.”
“We live down south, but somehow my husband managed to come across this store when searching for a pair of very hard to find Ugg Slippers for our teenage daughter. We placed an order for the last available pair, which just happened to be in her size (we hope). We were going to pay extra for 3-day shipping, but then couldn’t find the option when checking out. So we went ahead and placed the order hoping for the best that they would arrive in time for Christmas. The next day Andrew called to say that they would definitely arrive after Christmas, if that is what he had ordered them for. Then offered 3-day shipping if we would like for them to arrive in time for Christmas. We happily paid the extra cost to expedite to make sure they got to us in time and they were even delivered a day early! From what I gather, this store is more for seat covers. But I highly recommend this store! Great service!”

“I am very new to indoor plants. Last summer I got a zz plant from an online company that does self-watering pots. A few months ago some stems and leaves started to turn brown and I wasn’t sure what was wrong.I went to Staghorn to ask for help. The staff there are so friendly and knowledgeable. Dan answered all my questions so patiently and he explained to me that self-watering system isn’t great for zz plant. I decided to bring my zz plant there and Dan did a great job helping repot my zz plant to a nursery pot (they are totally fine that I want to use a pot I bought somewhere else) and get rid of dead parts. The cost for repotting was very reasonable.Thank you for saving my plant! I would definitely go there to get plants in the future.”
“We purchased a leather stressless combo and received as scheduled. We couldn't attach the two section couch correctly so Annette (our Dania salesperson) coordinated a visit for someone to come out and complete. The alignment of the two sections still weren't quite right. Annette totally took care of getting the issues resolved, from the factory ending up replacing the couch to the scratch repair of the new pieces of furniture. We are completely satisfied with our experience and will definitely be a returning customer in the future.”

“Great prices. I love the clearance sections. There are tons of kitchen stuff to choose from. They also have lots of different rugs, wall decor, and neat chairs to choose from. I decorated my room with items bought there. And amamal stuff like my cute cat pad for the water feeder.”
“We love this chain of home stores. Lots of different items are organized by themes and colors where appropriate. Lots of Christian themed decorations, which honestly are hard to find nowadays. There is even a large craft section as well.”

“I love this place! Though at times the volunteers are disconnected from the customers. I've noted my times when assistance has been needed. And seen a large number of customers leave due to the fact that help is few and far between!The Forest Grove site is a disaster that's already happened, and again the staff are Curt and available most times.”
“It's a very busy store and so it can be a chore to try to find things because merchandise is just left wherever customers put it. I sympathize with the staff and managers over this problem but it's one of the costs of doing business. At this store, it is not uncommon to see some things out of place. Okay, it happens. BUT, when you make a return visit 6 days later and the exact same things are STILL in the same WRONG spots, you gotta wonder. Another case of big businesses cutting hours so that staff are too busy to look after things. It's a greedy practice that actually costs more than it saves.”

“For a general craft store, Joann's has a lot of variety. There is something for every interest, from beginner to expert and for the youngest crafter, all the way up through the mature. There really isn't anything you cannot find. They run sales often, offer coupons and discounts, and Joann's gives a heavy nod to sewing, quilting, knitting and crocheting. You can order on line or in their app, pick your order up curbside, or you can have it shipped directly to you at home. Plus there are tons of ideas for different projects you can try out.”
